NBC's 'The Event': The secret even the President does not know
a secret so secret that the President of the United States of America is not on the Need-To-Know list—one that would change the course of history were it to become widespread public knowledge.

Sounds like a great premise for an intense action-suspense drama. It's so good that NBC has utilized it as the basis for the highly anticipated television drama 'The Event', scheduled to debut September 20, 2010. The description above was taken directly from the trailer. Few television series have generated this much abject curiosity prior to their debut and no event since someone shot J.R. Ewing has been kept so secret by a publicity hungry television studio.

So what is the Event that will change television history?
According to Wikipedia, "The Event follows Sean Walker (Jason Ritter), a man who, while investigating the mysterious disappearance of his fiancée, ends up unraveling the biggest cover-up in U.S. history; a coverup which shapes the very core of mankind as a whole, whose implications are lifechanging."

According to Access Hollywood, what is being covered up and what the event is, is currently the best kept secret in Hollywood. So secret, in fact, that most of the cast do not know what the Event that drives the plot really is. Despite repeated attempts to pry the secret from the cast, Access Hollywood has been unable to get an answer to this public relations mystery.

The promotional clips for the series are a masterpiece of ambiguity as to the exact nature of the situation that forces the President to contemplate the most profound act of his political career. If you watch them with the mindset of the consensus paradigm, several possibilities come to mind: The well-worn notion of impending destruction of an American city by a terrorist nuclear device; the release of an unstoppable genetically designed plague; a planetary extinction level event cause by an impending meteor strike or something even worse. Whatever that might be.

There is an event in the first episode, apparently an attack upon the President by forces unknown, but that is not the event, which remains a closely guarded trade secret. According to Blair Underwood, who plays President Elias Martinez, a Cuban-American proud of his heritage, the true nature of the event will be apparent to the audience by the second episode, but the answer to that question will only engender many more questions which will be progressively answered as the series continues. And that statement itself is a clue.

You don't have to wait until the second episode to find out what drives the plot of 'The Event' and has Hollywood and the fall viewing audience in suspense.

Bristol Palin on Dancing
Bristol Palin, daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on 'Dancing With the Stars' on ABC TV Sept. 20, 8 pm.
Also on the show David 'has-been' Hasselhoff, who needs to redeem himself.  I liked him with his supercar 'Kitt' decades ago as Knight Rider.
Florence Henderson also will appear.  Another has been from Brady Bunch

MOSTLY TV is to entertain us, NOT inform us - this includes what they call NEWS.  Keep the sheep dumb.

Also through in professional(and collegiate to some extent) sports - alot like with the Roman Empire Gladiator games of yesterday, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, et al is another tool used by the NWO to distract the masses.
I'm up here in North Texas, and unsurprisingly, the biggest news coverage here are the NFL Cowboys, MLB Rangers, NBA Mavericks, and the NHL Stars.

I mean the NWO is just LOVING it when on Mon mornings when everyone's favorite football team loses, the phone lines to these sports radio shows are JAMMED with angry callers playing Morning Morning QB.
Seriously - look at everything going on in the world now - floods, earthquakes, famines, poverty, Socialism running rampant, wickedness, tyranny, evil, countries being oppressed from hearing the gospel, and people have to put all their concerns to some FOOTBALL TEAM??(Yes, I'm guilty of this too, so I'm not exactly pointing fingers at everyone else while trying to say how better I am).

Ecc 1:9 - there's nothing new under the sun - history repeats itself.

FWIW - saw the show's premiere the other night - it ended when a plane that was heading for the President's resort(to assassinate him) was "gobbled up" by some lying supernatural sign in the sky. If anything, it was nothing more than Project Blue Beam conditioning, unsurprisingly, when the fake alien invasion false flag happens to bring about the OWG.

Also - speaking of junk in the news - I passed by a tv outside of my house today, and guess what was one of the "big" news stories on MSNBC? Michael Vick(the same guy who served jail time for that dog-fighting scandal) finally getting a starting QB job. *yawn*

The search for aliens
Jan. 2010
 Strong delusion, extra-terrestrial life
The search for aliens should start on Earth not outer space, says scientist
Professor Paul Davies, a physicist at Arizona University will tell a meeting at the Royal Society that the best way of proving that extra-terrestrial life exists elsewhere in the universe is to use evidence from earth.

The meeting at the Royal Society, which will include representatives from Nasa, the European Space Agency and the UN Office for Outer space Affairs marks the 5th anniversary of the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (SETI) programme. Lord Rees, President of the Royal Society will also lead one of the sessions.

Prof Davies said: We need to give up the notion that ET is sending us some sort of customised message and take a new approach."
He suggested that the search could focus on deserts, volcanic vents, salt-saturated lakes and the dry valleys of Antarctica - places where ordinary life struggles to survive - to find "weird" microbes that belong to a "shadow biosphere".

Felissa Wolfe-Simon, from the US Geological Survey, is currently looking at the possibility that arsenic, found in contaminated places such as the Mono Lake in California, might support forms of life in the same way as other life forms use phosphorous.

However, Professor Colin Pillinger, who led the Beagle 2 Mars landing mission remains sceptical. He said: "I prefer to deal in scientific fact - this is wildly science fiction. You'd be off your trolley to go searching for arsenic-based life."
Prof Pillinger argues that Mars is the most likely place to find alien life.
The conference will also discuss how humans might respond to the discovery of extra-terrestrial intelligence.

Albert Harrison, the from University of California, said: "It is easy to imagine scenarios resulting in widespread psychological disintegration and social chaos. but historical prototypes, reactions to false alarms and survey results suggest that the predominant response to the discover of a microwave transmission from light years away is likely to be equanimity, perhaps even delight."

Former Air Force officers discuss UFO sightings

Sept 27      WASHINGTON

Armed with declassified documents and vivid details, a group of former Air Force officers gathered Monday to go public with an assertion they have kept mostly under wraps for decades: that
UFOs visited the bases they were stationed at and caused nuclear weapon system to temporarily malfunction.

The group, convened by UFO researcher Robert Hastings, came to the National Press Club in Washington to discuss their individual experiences and to urge a government that tried to ignore and silence them when they came forward years ago to finally come clean.

Hastings said he believes that visitors from outer space are fixating on nuclear weapons because they want to send a message: Disarm before the world destroys itself.

Robert Salas, a former missile launch officer at Malmstrom Air Force Base, said that 10 nuclear missiles were suddenly and inexplicably disabled in March 1967 at the Montana installation after members of his flight security team saw a "large glowing, pulsating red oval-shaped object" about 30-40 feet in diameter hovering over the front gate. When he reported the incident to his superiors the next day, he was told to keep quiet.

"What you have heard today is evidence of a phenomenon. It sounds fantastic, and it is fantastic," said Salas, after he and his fellow officers from other bases in the Western U.S. shared similar accounts. The government, Salas said, is "deliberately withholding the facts, continuously since 1969 and, by doing so, do not allow the people of this country to engage in the decision regarding events that are clearly a national security issue for concern all of us. We're simply asking for the truth."

From 1947 to 1969, the Air Force investigated unidentified flying objects under what was called Project Blue Book. Of a total of 12,618 sightings under the program, 701 remained "unidentified." The military discontinued the program after consulting with scientists and concluding that none of the objects posed a threat to national security or could be identified as "extraterrestrial."

When asked to comment on the new assertions, an Air Force spokeswoman cited a 2005 fact sheet that said: "Since the termination of Project Blue Book, nothing has occurred that would support a resumption of UFO investigations."

Hastings said he has heard of a UFO incident occurring at Malmstrom as recently as 2007.

The declassified documents Hastings presented at Monday's news conference include decades-old government memos detailing reports of sightings of objects in the skies above Alabama, Montana, New Mexico and North Dakota.

"The American people have a right to know the facts," Hastings told reporters. "This is a national security issues but it is (also) a need-to-know issue, a right-to-know issue. Citizens in every country on Earth should be let in on this secret."

Hastings said he has talked to 120 former or retired U.S. military about the presence of UFOs at nuclear weapons sites across the United States and around the globe as early as 1945, when the world entered the nuclear age with the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. For some of the officers who came forward Monday, going public wasn't easy.

Bruce Fenstermacher, a missile combat crew commander at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyo., was "laughed at" by superiors when he reported a UFO sighting at a launch site that one of his sergeants had passed on to him, he said. He decided to keep his head low after that.

"I was very careful about who I told what," he said. "I was concerned. I don't want to be considered a kook. But I think it's more important to come out and tell our story."

Dancing with the Stars

Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol finally looked pretty the 3rd week, in a long flowing white dress.
Her first 2 weeks she looked fat in shorter single color dresses.  Unbecoming.  I like her.

Week 2 Sarah was there.  Boos were heard for Bruno, one of the judges.
The media all reported the crowd booed Sarah, not true.
Bruno had scored Michael Bolton a 3 and crowd was very angry at him.  So am I.  That was an insult.

Week 3 the judges scored the dancers too high for so early.
Had to be behind-the-scenes orders.
It was crazy to give the idiot man with no name such a high score!  This show is fixed, I am losing interest.

The first episode of 'The Event' was decent, but the subsequent episodes have been rather boring. I ended up watching the Mon night football game instead last night.
