The murder of Princess Diana

Princess Diana, Al Fayed and chauffeur Henri Paul died after their Mercedes crashed in a tunnel in Paris on the morning of August 31, 1997

The murder of Princess Diana
There is no credible explanation for why she died - she was KILLED.

Dr. Frederick Mailliez, first medic on scene after the crash
Henri Paul and Dodi Fayed both died instantly in the crash in the Place de Alma tunnel. Bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones in the front passenger seat had buckled his seat belt shortly before the crash. This probably saved his life.
Princess Diana also survived the crash. She sustained serious injuries and was bleeding internally, but the first doctor on the scene of the crash believed that she would survive with proper emergency medical care. Dr. Frederic Mailliez was driving through the tunnel and happened on the site just minutes after the crash.

The Scotsman reported Dr. Mailliez did not believe Diana's condition was desperate. He thought her life could be saved.
Dr. Mailliez was an experienced emergency medical professional, who had worked for ambulance service.

Dr. Mailliez found Princess Diana lying on the back seat of the Mercedes, which had not been seriously damaged in the crash, and there was no obstruction to getting at Diana . The French authorities issued false reports in response to queries why it had taken nearly 2 hours, from the time that the first ambulance arrived at the crash site, to deliver Princess Diana to the hospital 4 miles away.

One of the paparazzi was observed at the crash site, leaning over Princess Diana as she lay semi-conscious in the back seat of the Mercedes, just before the first emergency rescue crew arrived.
Dr. Mailliez moved Diana's head to allow her to breathe. He called the emergency hotline to report the details of the crash on his car phone. He was told that ambulances had already been dispatched to the scene. He then administered oxygen, and ensured that Diana was not going to choke to death or swallow her tongue. When SAMU arrived on the scene, Dr. Mailliez left, confident that she would be quickly brought to a nearby hospital. He had concluded she was bleeding internally.
The first doctors to arrive with the ambulance reached the same conclusion.
Diana was lying across the back seat of the Mercedes, with most of her body leaning outside the car, when the ambulance arrived, approximately 15-16 minutes after the crash.
She was almost immediately removed from the car.
Yet Diana remained at the crash site for another hour before she was placed in an ambulance and driven to a hospital 4 miles away at less than 25 mph.
There are 5 other hospitals closer to the crash site, all with advanced emergency capabilities.
Princess Diana should have been taken to the Val de Grace hospital which is much closer than La Pitie.
That is a military hospital. Every political figure who is in a car crash or is injured is taken there.
They should have helicoptered her in.  She would have been on the operating block a few minutes after being stabilized. She would normally have been given top priority and top treatment. She was not.

There is no credible explanation for why the French emergency personnel at the scene waited for more than an hour to place Princess Diana into the ambulance.
There is no credible explanation for why the 4 mile ride through barren Paris streets took 43 minutes!

There is certainly no credible explanation for why the ambulance stopped for 10 minutes outside the French Natural History Museum, just a few hundred yards from Le Pitie Salpetriere Hospital.

In a case where a crash victim has been diagnosed as suffering from internal bleeding, there is only one proper course of action.
The victim should be stabilized, and then be rushed to a hospital for surgery. Unless the internal bleeding is stopped, the patient bleeds to death.

This is precisely what happened to Princess Diana.
Diana was not hospitalized until her condition had deteriorated to a critical extent. She suffered a series of heart attacks in the tunnel and on the way to the hospital, and had a massive cardiac arrest within minutes of arriving at the hospital.
No convincing explanation has been offered for the delay. The surgical team at the hospital had a long time in which to prepare for the arrival of their patient. They were in telephone communication with the doctors in the tunnel from the very beginning and were on formal alert from 1 a.m. Diana did not arrive until at least one hour later.

Princess Diana’s crash caused by Laser Beam
Her DEATH caused by negligence so gross it was MURDER

The crash that killed Princess Diana was caused by a laser beam being flashed into the eyes of the driver.
New witnesses have told British detectives they saw a motorcyclist point a laser into the eyes of chauffeur Henri Paul, causing the Mercedes to crash.
(I remember reports of a motorcycle at the time.)

One witness said he saw an enormous radar-like flash of light.
The new evidence supports theories Diana, Al Fayed and Paul were assassinated by the British Secret Service on behalf of the royal family.
The laser plot came to light as French medics from the hospital where the princess died claim she was pregnant at the time of the crash.
Conspiracy theorists insist Diana and her lover were killed to avoid the royal family's embarrassment at her having a child by a Muslim.
Al Fayed's father has always maintained the crash was not an accident.

A laser beam at crash driver caused car to crash
Spies flashed laser beam at driver
Princess Diana was assassinated by British spies using a laser gun, say new witnesses.
Detectives are investigating claims that intelligence officers pointed the laser into the eyes of her chauffeur Henri Paul.
The hand-held device was activated as the Mercedes in which the royal party was travelling sped into the Pont de L’Alma tunnel in Paris.
The beam was fired off by the passenger on a motorbike.
It had followed the Mercedes into the tunnel before overtaking it.

Seconds later the Mercedes spun out of control before smashing into the concrete pillar inside the tunnel.
The technology was devised by British intelligence in a conspiracy to assassinate former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic.

MI6 agents were known to have been operating in Paris on the night of the tragedy.
Some are believed to have had direct access to the bodies of Diana, Dodi and driver Paul.

There was NO reason this lady should have died!

This is a VERY detailed, interesting account.

MI6 flashed laser beam at crash driver
Princess Diana was assassinated by British spies using a laser gun, say new witnesses.
The hand-held device was activated as the Mercedes in which the royal party was travelling sped into the Pont de L’Alma tunnel in Paris.

Two independent observers have stated that the beam was fired off by the passenger on a motorbike.
It had followed the Mercedes into the tunnel before overtaking it. One witness reported seeing an enormous radar-like flash of light in the tunnel.
Seconds later the Mercedes spun out of control before smashing into the 13th concrete pillar inside the tunnel.
Diana, her lover Dodi Fayed and Mr Paul were killed. Diana's bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones suffered horrific injuries, but survived.

Security experts claim the technology was devised by British intelligence in a conspiracy to assassinate former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic.
The Princess was pregnant when the tragedy happened.

Dodi's father has always insisted the British establishment was behind an assassination.
Mr Al Fayed believes the "accident" was arranged by senior royals and MI6 agents to prevent Diana embarrassing the Royal Family by having a child by a Muslim.

Scotland Yard traced the movement of MI6 spies to Paris at the time of the crash in August 1997.

Driver Henri Paul was a paid Brit informant
Agents posed as paparazzi
who were pursuing the royal party from the Ritz hotel.
Mr Tomlinson revealed the "blinding flash" in the tunnel bore all the hallmarks of a secret service plot.
A tunnel is a perfect place for an assassination, with fewer witnesses.

He claimed agents would also have been equipped with special transmitters that can knock out a car's electronics at the press of a button and could even cause airbags to inflate.

He said: "Imagine, the driver flying into the tunnel at 90 mph, inches from those central concrete pillars.
Suddenly, the car dies as the electronics fail. A blinding flash of light is shot into the eyes. Then, the airbag blows up in his face. Instant disaster.

It may sound like the plot straight out of an Ian Fleming novel, but experts have confirmed that the technology described by Tomlinson does exist.
It is believed agents are trained to use the devices at a secret training base in Britain.
The light guns can also be used to bring down helicopters and light aircraft by dazzling pilots.

SAS and other special forces officers use similar lights as weapons in surprise raids.
The bizarre theory is given even more credence in the light of further evidence.
Police are trying to discover why Paul took the wrong route from the Ritz to Dodi's apartment.
Dodi lived in the opposite direction and the Mercedes should never have entered the Alma tunnel.

The driver could have turned back using a slip road before the tunnel.
But an eyewitness claimed that route was blocked by a helmeted rider on an unmarked motorbike.
It is also claimed a white Fiat Uno, (I remember that) which clipped the Mercedes as it roared past
moments before the crash, was driven by photographer James Andanson.

The car was never found but Andanson later died in mysterious circumstances.
It is alleged he set himself alight after his body was found in the wreckage of a burnt-out vehicle.
But a French fireman who attended the scene, Christophe Pelat, has come forward to reveal Andanson had a bullet hole in his skull.

The French inquiry concluded that Henri Paul was drunk and speeding in a car he did not normally drive when he lost control.
Blood tests, allegedly taken from Paul soon after he died, were central to their findings.
Now Lord Stevens' team are "all but convinced" that the blood samples were tampered with.
Numerous new interviews include ones with MI6 agents who were known to have been operating in Paris on the night of the tragedy.
Some are believed to have had direct access to the bodies of Diana, Dodi and driver Paul.

Diana Death investigation - Evidence of cover-up
There can be no other conclusion than murder
Paul Joseph Watson, Prison February 27 2006

The investigation into the death of Princess Diana, led by former Metropolitan Police Commissioner Lord Stevens,
continues to confirm previously known facts and unearth new evidence proving that the August 31st 1997 crash was no accident.
As previously exhaustively documented by this website, the evidence pointing to murder is conclusive.

From the mid 1990's, Diana released a series of audio, videotapes and letters voicing her fears that
she would be killed in a car crash made to look like an accident. In one letter, Diana stated,
"My husband (Prince Charles) is planning ‘an accident’ in my car, brake failure and serious head injury in order to make the path clear for Charles to marry”.

A brief summary of the known evidence is as follows.

- The Pont de L'Alma tunnel was crawling with secret service personnel from French and British intelligence.
The driver of the Mercedes, Henri Paul is now confirmed as having worked for the French secret service.

- The unscheduled journey through the symbolic Pont de L'Alma tunnel (an ancient Pagan sacrificial site)
took Diana and her boyfriend Dodi Al Fayed AWAY FROM their intended destination, Dodi's flat.

- Just before the car entered the tunnel every police radio in Paris mysteriously died,
preventing a quick response which could have saved Diana's life.

- Just before the car entered the tunnel every security camera in the tunnel mysteriously died,
preventing us from ever seeing footage of what caused the crash.

- Eyewitnesses reported snipers and gunfire within the tunnel.

- The crime scene was completely cleaned within hours of the crash, a policy totally anathema to standard preservation of any crime scene.

- Diana was still alive after the crash. Unexplained delays in getting her to the hospital,
caused by the slow speed of the ambulance and the fact that it passed several nearer hospitals
before reaching its destination, ensured Diana was dead upon arrival. A faster response could have saved her life.

- The Mercedes used to transport Dodi and Diana from the Ritz was mysteriously swapped for a car that had been stolen only weeks earlier.

- The foremost reason put forward to explain the 'accident' - that driver Henri Paul was dangerously drunk, has been thoroughly debunked by the camera footage of his behavior before the crash and the fact that the tests on Paul's blood were either faked or swapped with the blood of another dead man. Paul's liver showed no sign of alcohol abuse and his close friends and family said he rarely drank alcohol.

- Multiple eyewitnesses reported a mysterious flash of light immediately before the crash.
Many insist that this was a laser directed at the driver to cause temporary blindness leading to the crash.

- The initial French investigation into the crash went to every length to ignore key evidence,
intimidate eyewitnesses into silence and outright fabricate evidence.

It is important to stress that a detailed compendium of the evidence pointing to murder would fill a book on its own.

Diana was killed because she was pregnant with Dodi's child and the British Royal Family didn't want an Arab in their sacred bloodline.
Diana was also becoming politically involved in the Middle East and the elite saw her as a loose cannon that could rally popular support around anything. Diana herself remarked to reporters that there would be 'a big surprise' from her a few days before her death.

Lord Steven's previous enquiry into Irish Republican Army terrorism unearthed links to British intelligence but seemed to disappear down the memory hole. Our hope is that the inquiry will have some genuine consequences for the criminals who assassinated 'England's Rose' and that it will prevent them from engaging in similar political hits in the future.

Newly revealed conspiracy claim in Princess Diana death sparks talk
A newly revealed claim of conspiracy in the death of Princess Diana has royal watchers buzzing once again,
nearly 16 years after the woman who would now be a royal grandmother died in a Paris car crash.
But British police seem to be knocking down the claim -- that the British military was involved in the
deaths of Diana, her boyfriend and their driver in August 1997.

"This is not a re-investigation," London Metropolitan Police tersely stressed, in a statement that revealed none of what it had been told.
The latest claim appears to have been sent first to military authorities and then to London police by the parents-in-law of a British special forces sniper after his marriage had fallen apart, according to an article on the website of the Sunday People newspaper. It did not offer a source for its reporting.
Sunday People said it had seen a seven-page handwritten letter by the in-laws alleging that the soldier, whom the newspaper did not name, had boasted to his wife that the elite British Special Air Service commando unit was behind the deaths.
The UK Ministry of Defence told CNN only that "this is for Metropolitan Police to investigate."
Military authorities have been aware of the claim since the 2011 court-martial of the soldier's former roommate on weapons charges, Sunday People reported. The unnamed soldier mentioned in the letter was a witness in that case, according to the newspaper.
Neither the Sunday People piece nor an earlier version carried by Press Association offered details of the claimed involvement by soldiers in the deaths.
Diana, 36, and Dodi Fayed, her 42-year-old boyfriend, died when the Mercedes-Benz they were traveling in hit a pillar in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris in August 1997.
They were being followed at the time by the paparazzi after leaving the Ritz Hotel. Their driver, Henri Paul, was also killed. Investigators concluded that Paul was drunk and driving at high speed. Bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones was the sole survivor.
A British coroner's inquest in 2007 concluded that the deaths were the result of "grossly negligent driving of the following vehicles and of the Mercedes." The inquest found no evidence of murder. A London police spokesman said no new information had been examined since this inquest.
Yet the deaths have always been paired with conspiracy theories accusing British and French intelligence services and members of British royalty of orchestrating Diana's death.
The Daily Mirror reported in 2003 that the Princess of Wales wrote to her former butler Paul Burrell 10 months before she died, saying her life was at its "most dangerous" phase and warning of a plot to tamper with the brakes of her car.
After their deaths, Mohamed al Fayed, Dodi's father, said the couple were planning to announce their engagement and publicly accused Prince Philip, Diana's former father-in-law, of orchestrating the couple's murders. He testified at the 2007 inquest.
A spokesman for al Fayed said Sunday he had no comment at this time but trusts the police will do a thorough investigation.
Diana remains wildly popular in death, and news of the new claim sparked an immediate surge in discussion of her death on news sites and social media.

British police examining this new information.  Yeah sure.
They are not reopening the investigation.

Was Princess Diana MURDERED?

Metropolitan Police 'assessing credibility' of new claim made in court martial of SAS sniper Danny Nightingale
Police 'scoping information' and 'assessing its relevance and credibility'
The force has said it 'is not a re-investigation' into their deaths
Diana, Dodi Al Fayed and chauffeur Henri Paul died in Paris crash in 1997
Inquest concluded in 2008 when jury returned verdict of unlawful killing

Scotland Yard assessing the credibility of new information relating to the deaths of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed
including an allegation that they were murdered by a member of the British military.
It said it was 'scoping' the information, which surfaced in the second court martial of Sergeant Danny Nightingale,
the SAS sniper convicted of illegally stashing a pistol and 338 bullets in his bedroom.
The allegation was contained in a letter from the parents-in-law of Soldier N, Sgt Nightingale's former housemate,
which was sent to the SAS's commanding officer in September 2011.
It is understood the information was passed to the Metropolitan Police through the Royal Military Police.
The letter says Soldier N claimed the SAS 'was behind Princess Diana's death' and it had been 'covered up', the Sunday People has reported.
The letter said: 'He (soldier N) also told her (his wife) that it was XXX who arranged Princess Diana's death and that has been covered up.'
A statement issued by Scotland Yard said: 'The Metropolitan Police Service is scoping information that has recently been received in relation to the deaths and assessing its relevance and credibility.

'The assessment will be carried out by officers from the specialist crime and operations command.
'This is not a re-investigation and does not come under Operation Paget.'
Police said they are not prepared to discuss the matter further, while a royal spokeswoman said there will be no comment on the matter from Prince William or Prince Harry, or from Clarence House.
Diana, Dodi and chauffeur Henri Paul died after their Mercedes crashed in the tunnel, which left the Ritz Hotel on the morning of August 31 1997.
The hearing into the deaths of Diana and Dodi lasted more than 90 days with evidence from around 250 witnesses.
The inquests concluded on April 7, 2008, with a jury returning a verdict that the 'People's Princess' and her boyfriend were unlawfully killed.
After the hearing, Metropolitan Police said they had spent £8 million on services arising from the inquest and the Operation Paget investigation from 2004 to 2006.
That money includes the cost of the legal team which represented the force's commissioner at the inquest, police protection for the inquest jury and paying for the Paget inquiry, reported to have cost £3.6 million.
Former Met Police Commissioner Lord Stevens's Paget investigation was launched in 2004 at the request of Michael Burgess, the Royal Coroner, who was then overseeing the future Diana inquest.
The former top policeman published his report in December 2006, rejecting the murder claims voiced by some, including Dodi's father Mohamed al Fayed.
Lord Stevens's investigation found that Diana was not murdered by British spies nor by the Duke of Edinburgh and she was not pregnant nor engaged to boyfriend Dodi.
Operation Paget concluded, just like the French investigation in 1999, that driver Henri Paul was drunk and driving at excessive speed.
The investigation dismissed the endless conspiracy theories sparked by the fatal accident.

The black type S280 Mercedes was being driven through the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris at around 61 to 63mph - twice the speed limit for that section of road.
Lord Stevens said allegations that Diana was murdered were 'unfounded' and that he found nothing to justify further inquiries with members of the Royal Family.
A spokesman for Mr al Fayed yesterday said he had no comment to make, but said he will be 'interested in seeing the outcome', adding that he trusts the Met will investigate the information 'with vigour'.
The Ministry of Defence said tonight it was not commenting on the matter.

Critics savage Diana film after premiere

Critics have savaged "Diana", a biopic of the late princess of Wales who died in a Paris car crash 16 years ago, just hours after its world premiere.

Lead actress Naomi Watts has already defended her involvement in the controversial film, which follows Diana's romance with London-based Pakistani surgeon Hasnat Khan.

But within hours of the premiere, a string of merciless reviews in the British press shattered the party spirit.

The Times praised Watts for doing "her level best with a squirmingly embarrassing script" but concluded that the film was still "atrocious and intrusive".

"Poor Princess Diana," wrote Guardian critic Peter Bradshaw.

"I hesitate to use the term 'car crash cinema'. But the awful truth is that, 16 years after that terrible day in 1997, she has died another awful death."

The Daily Telegraph gave the film two stars -- one more than both the Guardian and Times -- but was also withering in its assessment.

I eagerly await a sequel with equally embarrassing expose of Charles and his antics which drove Diana.
He would NEVER ascend the throne!
