The Battle for Jerusalem

MidEast Shakeup
January 17, 2011
Leadership changes in Egypt, Saudi Arabia as their kings are dying,
and Lebanon coup this month, and now Israel has a change.
Following I have tried to make early sense of what has occurred in Israel overnite, and the mideast this month.

Israeli govt had a shakeup overnite
January 17, 2011
Netanyahu helped Ehud Barak quit Labor to form centrist, Zionist and democratic party.  4 Labor MKs to join in new Atzmaut (Independence) faction after months of infighting in once powerful party.
Herzog resigns from government.  Obama is furious.  Well wonderful!  Anything that makes Obama angry cant be bad.

Ehud Barak sets up Independence party
Four members of the 13-member Labor's parliamentary  faction have followed defense minister Ehud Barak in resigning and setting up a new party called Atzmaut (Independence.)  They are Shalom Simhon, Einat Wilf, Matan Vilnai and Urit Noked.
Yaacov Herzog, Social Affairs Minister, was the first Labor member to resign from the cabinet, expected to be followed by other cabinet ministers.
Barak stays on as defense minister in the coalition cabinet headed by Binyamin Netanyahu.

Barak introduced the new party Monday, Jan. 17, as centrist, Zionist and democratic.
The country faces hard political, security and social tests, with which we are ready to cope.
Our first priority will be the state, then the party and only finally, us. We call on those who believe in our cause to join us.

Labor has been fragmented by squabbles and deep divisions between pro-government and pro-left factions.
The time had come to resolve this.
Barak acted in lockstep with prime minister Netanyahu, the leader of Likud.
These 2 have been running the Israeli govt together.
By splitting Labor, Barak has strengthened Likud.
Barak's adversaries within the cabinet were Ben-Eliezer and Yitzhak Herzog.
This ends demands for an early election Tzipi Livni wanted.
Avigdor Lieberman is likely to throw his support behind Bibi-Barak.

SYRIA foolishly backs HELLZballah
January 16, 2011
Hassan 'Nasty' Nasrallah sets up own government in Beirut.
Nasty gave a speech Sunday saying Hellzballah will not be intimidated by the world
They will NOT allow Saad Hariri as the next head of government, Hizballah terrorists will.
This is VERY BAD news to Israel, which had their own government shakeup January 16th.

Supplied and backed by Iran, Hizballah is the most powerful armed force in Lebanon.
USA, France, Israel and Saudi Arabia all failed to support Hariri.
Hizballah's first step will be to STOP prosecution of his assassins.
Ironically, on Sunday, Jan 16, the very day that Robert Ford took up his post as the first US ambassador to Damascus in six years, Syrian President Bashar Assad threw all his weight behind Hizballah's drive to rid Lebanese politics of  the Saad Hariri and so derail the Obama administrations policy objectives in Lebanon.
Assad has foolishly stepped in to block any western moves to save Hariri.
Syria has always supported and supplied weapons to Hellzballah.

Barak privately accuses President Peres of plotting his downfall
January 18, 2011  Peres means DIVIDE
In private conversations, Defense Minister Ehud Barak who Monday, Jan. 17 resigned as Labor chairman and established a new party with four supporters, has accused President Shimon Peres of plotting his downfall in collusion with MK Haim Ramon of the opposition Kadima and Ofer Eini of Labor, debkafile's Exclusive sources report.

Early Tuesday, Binyamin Netanyahu's Likud and Atzmaut (Independence) sign a coalition agreement assigning four cabinet portfolios to the new party: Mattan Vilnai is promoted from deputy defense minister to full minister in charge of homeland security, Shalom Simhon, former Agriculture Minister, gets Trade, Industry and Employment and MK Orit Noked gets her first ministerial post in agriculture. Barak stays in Defense.
Barak told his close associates that he is holding back the details of the Peres conspiracy against him and the identies of some co-conspirators out of concern for the face of public life in Israel and its security, but when the truth does comes out it will cause a political earthquake.
The defense minister named four involved groups:

1. President Peres himself.
2. MK Haim Ramon, chairman of the opposition Kadima council, whom Barak accused of stirring up an insidious media campaign of many months to smear him, the prime minister, the foreign minister, the ultra-religious and the religious factions and so topple the government. Ramon is said to have used his excellent ties in the media to spread deliberate lies about their conduct. He made specific mention of Ramon's "peculiar" relations with Rina Matzliah, political correspondent of TV Channel 2 and one of its program presenters Dana Weiss.

3.  Ofer Eini, a Labor heavyweight and Secretary-General of the Histadrut Trade Unions Federation, is named by Barak as heading the third group of conspirators.
Kadima leader Tzipi Livni was described as "blind and naïve" and led by the nose by Haim Ramon without realizing she was digging her own political grave in a plot which had the dual purpose of her ouster and Kadima's merger with Labor under Ofer Eini's leadership.
Eini is a hot object of pursuit because of the huge asset he can bring to any party of the national trade unions and a broad voter base.

4. The ministers forced to resign Monday after Barak dropped his bombshell were the fourth group plotting his political demise at a party conference next month or March. They are Yitzhak Herzog, former minister for social affairs, Binymin Ben Eliezer, Trade, Industry and Employment, and Avishai Braverman. They constantly plagued him and the government with threats to quit and bring the government down their demands were met. But, he remarked, they left it too late.

Hariri indictment important for Lebanon
January 18, 2011
Tuesday  Netherlands
Canadian prosecutor Daniel Bellemare said he has made good on a promise to the people of Lebanon to do everything humanly and legally possible to bring the assassins to justice.  He filed his first indictment in the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, and hailed it as a landmark in efforts to end impunity for political slayings in Lebanon.
Bellemare said the confidential indictment at the UN was an important moment for the people of Lebanon, the international community and for those who believe in international justice.

He handed the indictment to judge Daniel Fransen.  Hellzballah expected to be identified.
The statement appeared aimed at cooling tensions in Lebanon, where many people fear the charges could lead to fresh violence.
The contents may not become public for weeks.  This has been a 6 year investigation.
The Netherlands-based court has faced a barrage of criticism from opponents in Lebanon.

Ariel Sharon Son Joins Kadima
It is very strange that Ariel Sharon's name has been making news recently.
He died in 2006 but his corpse has been plugged in.  Revelation 13?  I dont know.
13 January 11
Gilad Sharon, younger son of the comatose former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, became the third public figure to join the ranks of the Kadima Party in recent weeks.
Gilad was not involved in politics in the past.
Several criminal suspicions were leveled in the past against the Sharon family. The police recommended that the 2 sons be indicted on bribery charges.
Kadima was founded in 2005 by Ariel Sharon shortly before he went into a coma (HE is DEAD).

WORSE that DEAD? Ariel Sharon, former Israeli P.M.

Protests Spread Tunesia, Yemen, Egypt,
Jordan, Saudi Arabia
January 30, 2011
While the biggest threat to the Middle East region is the possibility that the population of Saudi Arabia may try to imitate what has been happening in the area, thereby bringing total chaos to the established regional geopolitical and more importantly, energy, structure, the first protests in the Saudi Arabia city of Jeddah are already in the books. The clip below shows the peaceful demonstrations that have taken place recently, which as Fedupmontrealer explains are "taking place in front of the Municipality in protest of the severe lack of infrastructure, and corruption, that led the city to be inundated this week causing billions of dollars of damages for the second time in two years." That this is even occurring in a state where the average wealth is orders of magnitude greater than in Egypt is remarkable. On the other hand, we expect more news such as those from yeserday that Kuwait is paying its citizens $3,500 plus free food for a year to keep calm. Oddly, visions of money dropping helicopters, infinitely extendable unemployment insurance and tax breaks keep dancing in our head.

The Battle for Jerusalem

Police in SUDAN police clash with students in Khartoum
Jan. 31, 2011
Sudanese police beat and arrested students on Sunday as hundreds protested throughout the capital demanding the government resign, inspired by a popular uprising in neighbouring Egypt.
Armed riot police broke up groups of young Sudanese demonstrating in central Khartoum and surrounded the entrances of four universities in the capital, firing teargas and beating students at three of them.
Some 500 young people also protested in the city of el-Obeid in North Kordofan in the west of the country.
Police beat students with batons as they chanted anti-government slogans such as "we are ready to die for Sudan" and "revolution, revolution until victory."

Groups have emerged on social networking sites calling themselves "Youth for Change" and "The Spark," since the uprisings in nearby Tunisia and close ally Egypt this month.
"Youth for Change" has attracted more than 15,000 members.
"The people of Sudan will not remain silent any more," its Facebook page said. "It is about time we demand our rights and take what's ours in a peaceful demonstration that will not involve any acts of sabotage."
The pro-democracy group Girifna ("We're fed up") said nine members were detained the night before the protest and opposition party officials listed almost 40 names of protesters arrested on Sunday. Five were injured, they added.

Sudan has a close affinity with Egypt - the two countries were united under British colonial rule. The unprecedented scenes there inspired calls for similar action in Sudan, where protests without permission, which is rarely given, are illegal.
Before Tunisia's popular revolt, Sudan was the last Arab country to overthrow a leader with popular protests, ousting Jaafar Nimeiri in 1985.
Opposition leader Mubarak al-Fadil told Reuters two of his sons were arrested on their way to the central protest.
Editor-in-chief of the al-Wan daily paper Hussein Khogali said his daughter had been detained by security forces since 8 a.m. (1 a.m. EST) accused of organising the Facebook-led protest.

Around 500 protestors engulfed the market in the North Kordofan capital el-Obeid in Sudan's west, before police used tear gas to disperse them, three witnesses said.
"They were shouting against the government and demanding change," said witness Ahmed who declined to give his full name.
Pro-government newspapers carried front page warnings against protests which they said would cause chaos and turmoil.
The Sudan Vision daily's editorial blamed the opposition.
"Our message to those opposition dinosaurs is to unite their ideas and objectives for the benefit of the citizens if they are really looking for the welfare of the Sudanese people," it read.
Sudan is in deep economic crisis which analysts blame on government overspending and misguided policies. A bloated import bill caused foreign currency shortages and forced an effective devaluation of the Sudanese pound last year, sparking soaring inflation.

Worldwide Islamist revolution explodes
January 30, 2011
 Aaron Klein
As powder keg spreads across Mideast, clerics celebrate rise of Muslim power.
Islamists, in particular the anti-Western Muslim Brotherhood, seem poised to take power throughout the Middle East as a result of riots that have already toppled one Arab regime and are threatening others, in what some are calling only the latest wave of an Islamic "tsunami" sweeping the globe.

In Egypt, members of President Hosni Mubarak's family reportedly have fled the country as a flood of violent, fatal street protests threatens the stability of this most populous Arab nation, a longtime U.S. ally and the only Muslim nation with a long-lasting peace agreement with Israel.

The White House has been championing the protests, calling for a transition to democratic rule in Egypt, where the Muslim Brotherhood formed the main opposition to Mubarak.
The Obama administration's support for the unrest is strikingly reminiscent of Jimmy Carter's support of the Islamic Revolution in Iran in 1979, which marked the birth of modern Islamist expansion now seemingly sweeping the Mideast.
In fact, some Muslim clerics are already calling the riots in Egypt simply an extension of 1979's Islamist conquests.

"Thirty-one years after the victory of the Islamic Republic, we are faced with the obvious fact that these movements are the aftershocks of the Islamic Revolution," said Iranian cleric Ayatollah Ahmad Khatami, as reported by Iran's Radio Zamaneh. "The fate of those who challenge [our] religion is destruction."

Speaking of media and government leaders, Khatami added, "They want to highlight the labor, liberal and democratic issues, but the most important issue, which is the religious streak of these protests, [is] being denied."
The leader of Jordan's Muslim Brotherhood, Hammam Saeed, warned that the unrest in Egypt will spread across the Mideast until Arabs succeed at toppling leaders allied with the United States.

"The Americans and Obama must be losing sleep over the popular revolt in Egypt," Saeed said at a sympathy protest held outside the Egyptian Embassy in Amman. "Now, Obama must understand that the people have woken up and are ready to unseat the tyrant leaders who remained in power because of U.S. backing."

And on the Internet, the Middle East Media Research Institute reports, prominent Salafi cleric Abu Mundhir Al-Shinqiti issued a fatwa in the website Minbar Al-Tawhid Wal Jihad encouraging the protests in Egypt, claiming Islamist jihadis are now on the verge of a historic moment in the history of the Islamic nation, an "earthquake" he likened to the Sept. 11 attacks in New York City.

Islamic indoctrination on U.S. taxpayers' tab
Founder of charter school chain called most dangerous Islamist in the world
Some think Fethullah Gulen is the 12th Imam / antichrist
Feb 2011
A large network of jihad-preaching schools dots the American landscape, and it's being paid for by taxpayer dollars.
The network of more than 100 facilities in 27 states is the result of the work of Turkish expatriate billionaire Fethullah Gulen, who lives in a heavily guarded compound near Saylorsburg, Pa.
Terrorism analyst, author and Family Security Matters contributing Editor Paul Williams explains that Gulen left Turkey under a cloud, and came to the United States carrying an agenda.
"Fethullah Gulen is a chap who fled Turkey in 1998. He was attempting to avoid prosecution from the secular government at that time; he wanted to set up an Islamic government," Williams explained.
"He moved to Pennsylvania and established a mountain fortress around Saylorsburg, which is in the heart of the Poconos," Williams explained.
Court records from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania's federal courts indicate that Gulen won his removal case against Homeland Security by showing that he was an "alien of extraordinary ability," and that by staying in the United States he could pursue his work of "authoring articles and providing guidance 'to fellow scholar in the fields of theology, political science, Islamic studies, and education.'"
Williams says Gulen had help.

Farrakhan: Mideast uprisings will come to US
Feb 2011

Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan predicted on Sunday that America faces imminent uprisings that mirror those in the Middle East.
“What you are looking at in Tunisia, in Egypt … Libya, in Bahrain … what you see happening there … you’d better prepare because it will be coming to your door,” Farrakhan said in a booming voice, thousands of followers cheering in his wake.

Farrakhan also called on President Barack Obama to allow protesters to march, urging the president not to attack innocent people when they do.
The keynote address, titled “God will send saviours,” capped a weekend of workshops focused on health, preparing for natural disasters and unidentified flying objects. The Nation of Islam believes in a UFO called “the wheel” or “the Mother Plane.”
Farrakhan has described a 1985 religious experience in which he ascended into a flying saucer and heard the voice of Elijah Muhammad predicting historical events that came to pass.

For about four hours, Farrakhan spoke and jumped from topic to topic, citing religious texts.
He praised Scientology and its founder L. Ron Hubbard.
Farrakhan extolled the virtues of Scientology and its auditing process, which is considered spiritual counseling by its members.
“L. Ron Hubbard is so exceedingly valuable to every Caucasian  person on this earth,” Farrakhan said.
“… L. Ron Hubbard  himself was and is trying to civilize white people and make them better human beings and take away from them their reactive minds … Mr. Hubbard recognized that his people have to be civilized,” Farrakhan said to a cheering crowd.,0,1665375.story

Coup possible in Morocco, Saudi Arabia too
February 2, 2011
Hebrew University political scientists find that in countries where citizens' democratic aspirations are unfulfilled, they are more likely to try to undermine government stability
The first signs for the governmental instability in Egypt were detected as early as two years ago, according to a new study conducted by political scientists from Hebrew University.

The study, which will be published soon by the Journal of Conflict Resolution, was conducted by Prof. Tamir Sheafer and Dr. Shaul Shenhav. The researchers measured the "democratic gap" in about 90 democratic and non-democratic countries.
Civilian coups are expected soon in Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Belarus and even China. In Jordan, Algeria and Malaysia, however, the findings point to a "positive democratic gap" and a coup is unlikely.

"In these countries, although they are not characterized by a high level of democratization, the citizens' democratic aspirations are lower, and in such a situation the danger of governmental instability is smaller," says Dr. Shenhav.,2506,L-4022667,00.html

After Egypt, people power hits like a tsunami
February 15, 2011
So many small Muslim Arab nations in turmoil now, I dont know how to keep track of them - on here - or their own thread.   Question
Sadly, I fear the very evil Muslim Brotherhood will gain footholds and jihad the world.

Bolstered by the toppling of Hosni Mubarak in Egypt, popular uprising has now taken root in a part of the world where it has not been a part of the trajectory of change. On Tuesday, the birthday of the Prophet Mohammed, parts of the Muslim world were on fire, the people clamoring for change.
Fierce demonstrations erupted in Bahrain, where people have organized themselves through social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter, the same forums used by their Egyptian and Tunisian counterparts.
Human rights activists said Bahrainis initially demanded reform, but some are now calling for the removal of the royal family.

Palestinians seek Quartet's recognition of Palestinian state
Feb. 2, 2011
- Palestinian leadership is expecting that the meeting of the Quartet will recognize a Palestinian state on the territories occupied by Israel in 1967.

Erekat warned that "if the Quartet doesn't make these decisions, the entire region will attend more unrest and blood shedding." The Quartet, which includes the United States, Russia, the United Nations and the European Union, will convene in Munich on Saturday to study the situation in the Middle East.
US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, Russian Sergei Lavrov and the EU chief Catherine Ashton and the Quartet peace envoy to the Middle East Tony Blair will attend the meeting in Munich.

Over the past few weeks, eight Latin American countries, mainly Argentina and Brazil, as well as Cyprus and Surinam had officially declared their recognition of establishing an independent Palestinian state on the territories occupied by Israel in 1967, with east Jerusalem as its capital.
Israel and the U.S. opposed the ongoing official recognition of the world's countries of an independent Palestinian state. Israeli officials said that these decisions are a violation of the interim peace deals signed with Israel, where this issue has to be decided through bilateral peace talks.
As some western sources expected that the Quartet meeting will adopt a strong decision related to the Israeli settlement construction in the Palestinian territories, Erekat denied that such a decision will be an alternative to demanding a complete cessation of settlement.

Million Man Worldwide Caravan Set to 'Liberate Jerusalem'
November 3, 2011 .
Caravan to bring thousands to liberate Jerusalem.

Zec 12:1  The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
Zec 12:2  Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
Zec 12:3  And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
Zec 12:4  In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.
Zec 12:5  And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the LORD of hosts their God.
Zec 12:6  In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.
Zec 12:7  The LORD also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.
Zec 12:8  In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them.
Zec 12:9  And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.

Jerusalem bus accident kills 8 kids
February  16, 2012
Arab truck driver hits Palestinian bus carrying school children.  He is being treated at hospital and is due to be questioned by police.
6 children were killed and 30 injured in a traffic accident between a bus and a truck in Jerusalem.
The truck involved in the accident in northern Jerusalem had an Israeli license plate while the bus carrying the children had a Palestinian license plate.
They collided head-on in the rain on a steep and slippery road.
The injured were evacuated by Israeli and Palestinian paramedics to hospitals.

The Battle for Jerusalem
September 13, 2012  Islamic Caliphate forming

It is shocking how soon it happened. Morsi was just installed as president of Egypt in late June 2012. He just gained control of the army and now this attack!
The Muslim Brotherhood is energized and ready to advance the Islamic caliphate. They are bringing the war to us. Their target is Israel and taking Jerusalem.
They want Jerusalem as the capital of their caliphate. This is the Psalm 83/Obadiah war. It is here now.
Mursi openly said Jerusalem will become Egypt’s capital.

U.S. Embassy attacks more sinister than just a film
September 13, 2012
Islamists claim their bloody siege of the U.S. Embassies in Cairo and Benghazi on the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks was catalyzed by an anti-Islam movie.
The real reason for the onslaught was not a movie mocking Islam, but part of a concerted 10 year plan to make slandering Islam unlawful on an international scale.
Obama's reaction was to apologize for offending Islam, rather than meet fire with fire over the act of war on U.S. soil.
The attackers were the very MB rebels America aided in the Arab Spring uprisings in Egypt and Libya.

The bloody attacks on U.S. embassies in Egypt and Libya that left 4 American public servants, including a U.S. ambassador dead,
have sparked international outrage and controversy. Islamists claim that the catalyst for the riots was the release of an American movie critical to Islam,
but there is a more sinister motivation at play for these bloody acts of aggression than meets the eye.
The film was only a convenient excuse for the Muslim Brotherhood terrorists.
Their goal is to make slandering Islam unlawful on an international level.

When the Black Flags Fly
I’ll never forget the first time I saw the black flags. It was April 2008, and I was in a three-vehicle convoy driving through the city of Balad Ruz on our main supply route. I’d been on the route many times before and had seen only the hustle and bustle of a small Arab city. But this time was different. The streets were empty — with little traffic and almost no pedestrians — and the black flags were flying. Everywhere.
We knew what that meant. In our region, at least, Muqtada al-Sadr’s truce was over.

I made it back to our base without incident, but the demonstrations and attacks came fast and furious. An EFP (explosively formed penetrator), the signature weapon of Shiite insurgents, destroyed a Humvee, killing two members of our armored cavalry squadron and wounding two more. The next day, another EFP hit a Stryker, seriously wounding four soldiers from a neighboring unit. Both EFPs detonated on our main supply route. As the Shiite insurgents attacked to our west and south, the Sunni al-Qaeda strongholds to our north tried to capitalize. Just north of our base, a faked insurgent surrender turned into a 36-hour engagement between our Fox Troop and multiple insurgent cells. As our Quick Reaction Force reinforced Fox Troop, they were ambushed up and down the length of the road north. East of our base, more than 1,000 protesters jammed the streets of a nearby town.

With EFPs on our supply route, firefights raging to our north, and demonstrations roiling area towns, our entire effort in Diyala Province hung in the balance. But the response was focused and decisive. Fox Troop continued its battle with al-Qaeda in the north while our Grim Troop rolled in full force straight into the heart of Balad Ruz and in a bold daylight operation captured the leader of the Shiite insurgency and his entire “security detail” without firing a shot. Almost immediately, the black flags came down, the EFPs disappeared, and our supply routes re-opened. Our fight with al-Qaeda continued, but the Shiite “uprising” was over.

Why relate that story? After all, while a matter of life and death to those of us on the ground, it was hardly the decisive battle of the Iraq War — or even one that will be recorded in the history books. But I learned lessons that I’ll never forget. First, jihadists need no real excuse to riot or attack. In this case, “Mullah Playstation” (the area nickname for al-Sadr based on his reputed love for console gaming) simply ordered his people into the streets. Second, even “mass” movements require leadership. When we captured the local leaders, the movement ended as abruptly as it began. Third — and I’ll repeat this point as long as it needs to be said — strength wins and weakness kills. The local population didn’t love Sadr’s militia so much as they wanted to be on the winning side. Had we pulled back or hesitated in the slightest, our little corner of the war could have turned out very differently.

We do not know what is happening behind closed doors (where the administration’s talk and actions may be much tougher than we currently perceive), but the parade of public American condemnations for an asinine YouTube video are ineffectual at best and counterproductive at worst. Some jihadists in fact will view the condemnations as proof of their power and influence over American leaders. They had their moments on September 11 and September 12. They need to soon experience a decisive American response.

Embassy Riots Wont Stop
Muslims know that fool Barak Obama favors them over Americans!
September 15, 2012  Saturday
The events of this week mark the beginning of a period in which violent protests against the United States in Arab countries will become more commonplace.

There is a fundamental disagreement between what the United States views as a basic right and what many Muslims living in Arab states view as a basic right. Where Americans prioritize freedom of speech as a value to be cherished and upheld no matter the circumstance, the Arab world sees sanctity of religion as a value that cannot be violated in any instance. While this is not new, the explosion in communications technology and the resulting dissemination of information, no matter how obscure or trivial, pushes this divergence of worldviews to the forefront.

Arab Muslims are going to be increasingly angry at what they see as infinite affronts to their sacred values and rights while the United States does nothing to curtail the rights of its citizens to express their views, no matter how odious they might be.
Obama has desperately tried to be on the right side of history when it comes to the Arab Spring, years of American support for Arab dictators has left the United States with zero credibility.

Are we really ready to throw out the First Amendment to appease lynch mobs?  By Jonah Goldberg

The Video Didn’t Do it!

Sydney Australia - Arrests made after police officers injured
9/15/12  PRIME Minister Julia Gillard has condemned a violent demonstration over an anti-Islam film in Sydney's CBD.
Eight people were arrested at the demonstration, the latest in a spate of protests at US embassies and consulates in the Middle East, Africa, Britain and elsewhere over a film that ridicules Prophet Mohammed.
Ms Gillard said violent protest was unacceptable.

"Violent protest is never acceptable - not today, not ever," she said in a statement on Saturday,
NSW Premier Barry O'Farrell condemned the violent protests and promised that those responsible would be punished.
"This is completely unacceptable behaviour," Mr O'Farrell told AAP.
"Those responsible should expect to face full legal consequences for their irresponsible and unwarranted actions."

U.S. orders embassy staff to leave Tunis, Khartoum
9/15/12  WASHINGTON/KHARTOUM (Reuters) - The United States ordered non-essential staff to leave its embassies in Tunisia and Sudan on Saturday after both diplomatic posts were attacked and Khartoum rejected a U.S. request to send a platoon of Marines to bolster security at its mission there.

U.S. ignored Arab radicalization
September 18, 2012
Israel knew what was happening, but America preferred to find excuses.
For months Israeli officials warned the US about the radicalization of the Arab Spring states.
Unfortunately, Imam Barak Obama ignored the warnings.

On 9-11 2012 the US Consulate in Benghazi was destroyed and our ambassador was murdered.
The bloodstained walls revealed that US officials were dragged to their death.
For months before the most recent attacks on U.S. embassies in North African states, Israel and U.S. officials had been arguing over developments in these countries.
Jerusalem claimed that Washington was ignoring the increasing radicalization in states such as Tunisia and Egypt.

Obama has aided the jihad forces that brought down the dictatorial regimes in Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen and Lybia since the beginning of the Arab Spring January 2011.
Obama is aiding the MB rebels in Syria now, to eliminate Bashar Assad, its rightful ruler.  Life is by far worse under the new regimes, say the people there.
The attack on the consulate in Benghazi, Libya killing the U.S. ambassador to Libya, and the storming of the U.S. embassies in Tunisia, Yemen and Cairo, Egypt proved the great hostility to the United States and the jihad goals of the new MB leaders.

Egypt, Jordan to annul ties with Israel if they strike Iran
September 20, 2012
O please!  Egypt has already almost cut Israel off!  And Jordan has been under serious MB threat.
Abdullah is under serious threat of losing his kingdom to the crazies.
These days, Arab leaders dont rule their people, the street rules its leaders.

GLOBAL JIHAD Against Christians and the west
September 18, 2012   BLACK CLOUDS and BLACK FLAGS Over OBAMA
What exactly what does the black flag of Islam symbolize?
Its the Islamic WAR FLAG!  Muslims carried it into battle

Joel Richardson explains Islamic symbol appearing amid global riots
In 2004 America first saw the Evil black flag of Islam.
Now the same black flag is flying over the U.S. Embassy in Tunisia and across the world. Welcome to Obama's Arab Spring.
This black jihad flag has been seen in the protests in Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Nigeria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Bahrain,
Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Jerusalem, Gaza and even Germany, Australia and England.
Across the world, Muslims of every race, tribe and nation are marching under the same black banner.

The restoration of the Caliphate, a goal shared by all Muslim jihadist groups, a vision to unify the entire Islamic world into one Islamic superstate,
called the Caliphate, led by a single leader, known as the Caliph.
The Caliph is the pope, president and general of the Islamic world, bringing the religious, governmental and military offices all under one head.
At virtually every Hizbut Tahrir rally, it is the black flag that will be the most prominent symbol on display.

Media Bias Designed to Save Obama Presidency
September 21, 2012   NOTE -  The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) are terrorists

Investigative Journalist
The constant refrain from the media that the anti-Islam film triggered the violence in Libya, Egypt and other countries is a transparent
LIE to divert attention away from the fact that the Arab Spring promoted by Obama has been a complete failure for U.S. interests.
Media bias is to be expected, especially during Obama foreign policy debacle.

Our media understand that Obama will be perceived to have lost Egypt to the Muslim Brotherhood, so attention is being directed to a film that has been on the Internet since July.
It is a diversion intended to save Obama's presidency.

What is particularly interesting is how Senator John McCain is now disputing the claim that the attack in Libya which killed 4 Americans was spontaneous.
He said that most people dont bring rocket propelled grenades and heavy weapons to a demonstration, and that it was a preplanned terrorist attack.
It was another good McCain sound bite but begs the question of what these terrorists are doing in Libya in the first place, and why McCain backed Obama's policy of military intervention there.

McCain criticised conservatives in the House of Representatives who raised concern about Muslim Brotherhood (MB) influence in the Obama Administration. McCain had defended Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s aide, Huma Abedin, against charges that she was too close to the MB. McCain became a media hero for standing up for Abedin and against Rep. Michele Bachmann and others.
Hellary Clinton led the charge against the film, rather than take responsibility for the lack of security in Benghazi, Libya.
MB influence over the State Department is what Bachmann and others had warned about!
MB regards any critical depiction of Muhammad as blasphemy that must be suppressed.
US Federal government, supposedly committed to protecting our US Constitution, has sided with Sharia, or Islamic law!

If Abedin is not a factor behind this policy, who is?  The answer is Obama himself, who knows exactly what he is doing.
Whereas we have no access to Abedin’s security clearance form 86, which should have disclosed her foreign connections, Obama was never required to fill one out.

But this is more than a political ploy by the media to protect Obama. The coordinated attack on the First Amendment threatens the lives of Americans who dare to criticize Islam and organize to expose terrorist operations on U.S. soil.
There has been a campaign of disinformation about the film made by a Coptic Christian.
Its intent was to call attention to the relentless, bloody persecution of the Copts, but that issue is of no interest to the media at all.

Despite the media bias, it should be clear that Obama has lost Egypt and Libya to the Islamists.
(I disagree Obama 'lost' nations to the MB.  Obama is MB and he won HIS goal, and lost American goal.)
The hysterical media attacks on the filmmaker reflect media desperation that voters may come to associate the anti-American violence with the Obama policy of appeasing the Arab/Muslim world.

The voters know very little about how Obama has deliberately assisted the Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt (and Libya and in Syria and - and).
There never was an “Arab Spring” but a Pandora’s box that contains the seeds of the destruction of America and the West.
One thing is certain: the demonstrations will continue, and more Americans will have to go into hiding because of death threats from Muslims.
Our media could help stop this catastrophe, but they would prefer to save Obama’s presidency.

Egypt President Warns Obama USA Must Change
22 September, 2012
Translation: submit and covert to Islam or die by the sword!
Morsi demands a Palestinian state inside Israel. OUTRAGE!
SINCE WHEN do other countries dictate to the United States?
The Obama administration acts like the USA holds Islam above all other interests.

If Egypt is to keep its Camp David commitments to Israel, America should also make good on its commitments from 1978.
Morsi essentially told Obama to stop supporting Israel, but Obama has already abandoned Israel.
Mohamed Morsi said the United States needed to fundamentally change its approach to the Arab world,
showing greater respect for its values and helping build a Palestinian state.
USA DOES need to fundamentally change our approach to dealing with Arab nations!
FIRST we need to cut off all aid to them!

ISRAEL was in the fight for its life 3 times in my generation.

Once again, its on the precipice of this recurring - and this time it may be nuclear.

If ISRAEL does nothing and Iran and other Islamic nations can seek to wipe it off the map - the world will hate Israel.
If Israel attacks (EMP?) Iran and other Islamic nations seeks to wipe Israel off the map - the world will hate Israel.
Israel's choice is what?  Bear in mind EGYPT's Morsi openly declares Jerusalem will be the capital of EGYPT!
What do you think that means?  And this is God's New Year, the time of judgment.

The Dominoes are falling - Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia
Muslims mobilize to overthrow Jordan King Abdullah
September 25, 2012  PAY ATTENTION!

Jordan Muslim Brotherhood has given King Abdullah notice that he has until October to bow to their demand to transform the Hashemite Kingdom into a constitutional monarchy.
Israel and Saudis are concerned.
An upheaval in Jordan bodes the tightening of the Islamist noose around Israeli borders.
Half of Jordan is Palestinain.  Jordan was designated the Palestinian state in 1948.
Saudi Arabia fears they may be next in line.

US Intelligence Community Endorse “World Without Israel”
Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been vilified in the Western media for daring to imagine “a world without Israel.” But according to news reports, Henry Kissinger and sixteen American intelligence agencies agree that in the near future, Israel will no longer exist. The New York Post quotes Kissinger “word for word”: In 10 years, there will be no more Israel. Kissinger's statement is flat and unqualified. He is not saying that Israel is in danger, but could be saved if we just gave it additional trillions of dollars and smashed enough of its enemies with our military. He is not saying that if we elect Netanyahu's old friend Mitt Romney, Israel could somehow be salvaged. He is not saying that if we bomb Iran, Israel might survive. He is not offering a way out. He is simply stating a fact: In 2022, Israel will no longer exist.

‘No more Israel’
September 17, 2012
Henry KISSINGER. Former secretary of state. Current savant of the state of the world. Do not argue with Mr. Kissinger’s know-how. He already knows how.
Middle East horror. Democratic party dissing Jerusalem. DC’s anti-Israel mentality. Obama, busy raising re-election funds, no time for beleaguered Netanyahu. The Oval Office attitude versus the Red Line. Iran’s oath to destroy our only friend in that part of the world.
Reported to me, Henry Kissinger has stated — and I quote the statement word for word: “In 10 years, there will be no more Israel.”
I repeat: “In 10 years, there will be no more Israel.”

America, Israel's New Enemy

The goal of terrorism is Sharia law
April 15, 2011
Dick Morris believes many judges today want to legitimize sharia law and make it an element of Western jurisprudence.
Morris told attendees of the Pacific Justice Institute's recent annual gala in Anaheim, California, that sharia law is a monumental threat to the United States government, noting that many judges in America are ruling in favor of it.
He argues that it is dangerous to include Islamic sharia law in Western jurisprudence. "It is not that the sharia law is a method of helping terrorism," he stated. "The goal of international terrorism is the imposition of sharia law."

The former White House advisor explains that most major financial institutions in the world -- such as AIG, Morgan Stanley, and Citibank -- have a sharia-compliance fund where individuals can have their investments go directly to sharia-vetted activities. Under a sharia-compliance fund, he explains, a Muslim must give 2.5 percent of their total net worth annually -- and the funds are directed by sharia-compliance boards that choose where the money goes.
"And those funds are run by sharia-compliance boards, which consist of the most horrible Islamic imam extremists you can imagine," he added. "Five or six of them have been bounced off the boards because they went on terror watch lists."
Morris suggests that the funds are a "huge financing arm of Hamas and Hezbollah and other terrorist groups."

ARAB SPRING * Arabs Miss the Dictators
March 7, 2012

Freedom of speech has died, instead of growing.
The head of Lebanon's Maronite Church said, We are not with this Spring of violence, war, destruction and killing.
On the first anniversary of the Arab Spring, many Arabs are beginning to wonder whether they would soon start missing the corrupt dictators who ruled them for the past few decades.

The Arab Spring was supposed to bring democracy, transparency and reform to the Arab world. It was supposed to end human rights violations and see the birth of a free and independent media.  (Those who KNOW ISLAM, knew it would be worse.)
It was supposed to promote the rights of women and minorities in the Arab world and encourage young Arabs and Muslims to abandon extremist views and terrorism.

But it has failed to achieve any of these goals. As far as many Arabs are concerned, their spring has proven to be a total disaster.
Residents in several Arab countries affected said they feel less safe now than they did before the uprisings.
The 4 Arab countries where the leaders have been toppled are now in the hands of Muslim fundamentalists, who used the Arab Spring as a vehicle to rise to power.

Water pacts re-examined amid Arab Spring
June 2012
There are moves to rewrite contentious water-sharing agreements that are becoming a major source of friction in the Middle East as water supplies shrink.
Amid the profound political changes sweeping the Arab world, there are moves to rewrite contentious water-sharing agreements that are becoming a major source of friction in the Middle East as water supplies shrink.

In May, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki warned his neighbors, with Turkey and Syria his main targets, that the region faces conflict unless the issue of dwindling water resources is addressed by regional governments.
Baghdad is increasingly angry and frustrated at the failure of Turkey, in the north, and Syria, to the west, to resolve a growing crisis over the reduced flow and the deteriorating quality of water from the Euphrates and the Tigris rivers they allow Iraq.
Maliki's biggest fear is that the water shortage, which has been worsening for a decade or more, will trigger violence within Iraq.

"As the dust settles on the political unrest of 2011 and new governments and leaders are elected in Libya and Egypt over the next two years and South Sudan joins a group of countries looking to renegotiate the distribution of the Nile, there is likely to be renewed focus on resource security," the Middle East Economic Digest observed.

The water issue is a constant factor in the tension between Israel and the Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.
The business weekly said "the most contentious dispute over water resources in the region" centers on the Jordan River, which flows through Lebanon, Syria, the West Bank, Jordan and Israel.
Israelis use 66 gallons a day, while Palestinians are limited to 15.4 gallons, even though they claim a major underground aquifer and access to Jordan River.
Rivers including the Euphrates, Tigris, Nile and even the Jordan River, which cross national boundaries and are a major source of water supply, could well become flashpoints for rising regional tension.

Jer 50:38  A drought is upon her waters; and they shall be dried up: for it is the land of graven images, and they are mad upon their idols.
Jer 50:39  Therefore the wild beasts of the desert with the wild beasts of the islands shall dwell there, and the owls shall dwell therein: and it shall be no more inhabited for ever; neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation.
Jer 50:40  As God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighbour cities thereof, saith the LORD; so shall no man abide there, neither shall any son of man dwell therein.

Hag 1:9  Ye looked for much, and, lo, it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the LORD of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house.
Hag 1:10  Therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed from her fruit.
Hag 1:11  And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the corn, and upon the new wine, and upon the oil, and upon that which the ground bringeth forth, and upon men, and upon cattle, and upon all the labour of the hands.

High Alert! Millions Of Bankers Cant Bank Online. BofA Blames Hackers From Middle East. Bank Cyber Attacks By Iran? Black Monday October 1, 2012?
Sept 27, 2012  The financial and banking industries are on high alert tonight as a massive cyberattack continues, with potentially millions of customers of Bank of America, PNC and Wells Fargo finding themselves blocked from banking online.
“There is an elevated level of threat,” said Doug Johnson, a vice president and senior adviser of the American Bankers Association. “The threat level is now high.”
“This is twice as large as any flood we have ever seen,” said **** Clarke, an ABC News consultant and former cybersecurity czar.
Sources told ABC News that the so-called denial of service attacks had been caused by hackers from the Middle East who had secretly transmitted signals commandeering thousands of computers worldwide.

A group of purported hackers in the Middle East has claimed credit for problems at the websites of both banks, citing the online video mocking the founder of Islam. One security source called that statement “a cover” for the Iranian government’s operations.
The attack is described by one source, a former U.S. official familiar with the attacks, as being “significant and ongoing” and looking to cause “functional and significant damage.” Also, one source suggested the attacks were in response to U.S. sanctions on Iranian banks.

Senior U.S. officials acknowledge that Iranian attacks have been the subject of intense interest by U.S. intelligence for several weeks. Last week, the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s Intelligence Directorate, known as J-2, confirmed continuing Iranian cyber attacks against U.S. financial institutions in a report described as “highly classified.”

Cyber attacks on JPMorgan, Wells Fargo expose serious vulnerabilities of U.S. banks
Cyber attacks on the biggest U.S. banks, including JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) and Wells Fargo (WFC) & Co., have breached some of the nation’s most advanced computer defenses and exposed the vulnerability of its infrastructure, said cybersecurity specialists tracking the assaults.
The attack, which a U.S. official yesterday said was waged by a still-unidentified group outside the country, flooded bank websites with traffic, rendering them unavailable to consumers and disrupting transactions for hours at a time.

Such a sustained network attack ranks among the worst-case scenarios envisioned by the National Security Agency, according to the U.S. official, who asked not to be identified because he isn’t authorized to speak publicly. The extent of the damage may not be known for weeks or months, said the official, who has access to classified information.

Revolt of the Spooks
October 5, 2012
Intelligence officials are angry with Obama!
Barack Obama faces mounting opposition from U.S. intelligence agencies over his cover up of intelligence about terrorism in North Africa.
Obama wilfully sacrificed the life of Libya ambassador as 'expendable.'
Intelligence held back from the public includes many reports revealing clear Iran support for jihadists throughout North Africa and MidEast.

Reps. Darrell Issa and Jason Chaffetz said officials with direct knowledge of events in Libya revealed that the Benghazi jihad attack was part of a string of terror attacks and not a video at all.  They have scheduled congressional hearings for Oct. 10.
Among the obvious signs of terrorism was the arms used by the attackers, who were equipped with rocket-propelled grenades and assault rifles.
MONTHS before the attack in Benghazi it was clear Libya was NOT safe!
Yet Obama kept the information from becoming public to avoid exposing his utter FAILURE of Middle East policy.

The Obama mafia instead engaged in a disinformation campaign aimed at distancing the president personally from the disaster in Benghazi, where numerous warning of an attack were ignored, resulting in the deaths of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and 3 other officials. WHO WERE NOT EVEN STATIONED THERE AS GUARDS!
They just saw trouble and ran to help.

Obama liar Susan Rice claimed it was spontaneous when it very clearly WAS NOT.
Obama liar Jay Carney repeated the lie.
Iran and Egypt support jihadists in Libya.
The Obama LIE this will be investigated means it will be dropped.
Obama refuses to admit Islamic jihad is running rampant throughout the region.
Muslim Brotherhood jihad is flourishing with Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi.  Morsi released a terrorist from jail.
Terrorism is growing in Egypt.

A terror group called Ansar al Sharia in Egypt was formed in April 2011 and advocates violent jihad.
Terrorists linked to a former Guantanamo prison inmate was one of the individuals who attacked diplomatic facilities in Libya on Sept. 11.

Lemmings at the precipice of WW3
October 10, 2012

Middle East on the road to Armageddon.
Very interesting story opens this article.
We are at the precipice of WW3 global conflict.
WW3 will not START with Iran, it takes place in and around Syria.
It is Syria and Russia VS the US-NATO

The killing of Ambassador Stevens and other Americans in Libya was merely the prelude.
Obama's insistence it was a video tells us he is involved and has MUCH to hide.
The entire geopolitical world and balance of power will change. No one will be left untouched by the coming events.

MB calls for jihad to liberate Jerusalem

I reported the Arab Spring which began January 2011 and continues is the Battle for Jerusalem.  NOW we see this reported for what it is.

Jimmy Carter says Mideast peace is vanishing
October 21, 2012
JERUSALEM  — Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter said Monday during a visit to Jerusalem that the prospect of an Israel-Palestinian peace accord is "vanishing," blaming Israeli settlement of the West Bank.
Carter, a longtime critic of Israeli policies, called the current situation "catastrophic" and blamed Israel for the growing isolation of east Jerusalem from the West Bank. He said a Palestinian state has become "unviable."
"We've reached a crisis stage," said Carter, 88. "The two-state solution is the only realistic path to peace and security for Israel and the Palestinians."

Carter is currently on a two-day visit leading a delegation known as the "The Elders," which includes the former prime minister of Norway and the former president of Ireland. The group met with Israeli President Shimon Peres and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
But they didn't meet with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. Carter said that the delegation didn't request a meeting because they haven't been granted meetings on previous visits.
Netanyahu has pledged support for a Palestinian state but peace talks with the Palestinians have been frozen for most of his tenure. Carter criticized him for not doing enough.

79 rockets fired at Israel from Gaza
Oct 24, 2012
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Palestinians fired dozens of rockets into Israel from Gaza on Wednesday and an Israeli air strike killed a militant, a day after the Emir of Qatar made a rare visit to the enclave's Hamas leadership.
Hamas claimed responsibility for some of the rocket and mortar bomb attacks, prompting some Israelis to wonder whether it had been emboldened by the Qatari visit on Tuesday that broke the Islamist group's diplomatic isolation.

In recent months, Hamas has largely held its fire when other militant factions have launched cross-border rocket attacks, but the sudden upsurge in violence stoked fears that the hostilities could escalate further.
Hamas accused Israel of stepping up air strikes in the Gaza Strip, a move it said was meant to convey Israeli anger over Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani's visit, and pledged to "continue to hold a gun ... until Palestine is liberated".

U.N. Human Rights Council Calls for Boycott of U.S. Companies
October 25, 2012
U.N.'s war on Israel puts American economy in crosshairs  Exclamation
The Washington Free Beacon has obtained a report soon to be released by the United Nations that calls for an international campaign of legal attacks and economic warfare on a group of American companies that do business in Israel, including Hewlett-Packard, Caterpillar Inc., and Motorola Solutions Inc.
The Human Rights Council (HRC), a body dominated by Islamic countries and known for its hostility to, and heavy focus on, the Jewish State, issued the report. The George W. Bush administration refused to participate in the HRC, but President Barack Obama joined it soon after taking office. Members of the HRC include infamous human rights abusers such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Libya, China, and Cuba.

The Obama-approved body maintains a “Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories [sic].” The current rapporteur is American college professor Richard Falk, a 9/11 “truther” who once posted an anti-Semitic cartoon on his personal blog.
In a letter to U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon, the Anti-Defamation League’s Abraham Foxman blasted the report and the HRC’s special rapporteur: “We believe you should have prevented the Secretariat from being a party to Mr. Falk’s anti-Israel agenda. Mr. Falk’s entire tenure as Special Rapporteur has served to undermine the credibility of the institution of the United Nations.”

The report attempts to instigate a campaign of boycott, divestment, sanctions, and legal action against a litany of international companies doing business in Israel. In addition to American companies, the U.N. targets include major European firms such as Veolia Environnement, Group 4 Security, the Dexia Group, the Volvo Group.
“The costs to companies and businesses of failing to respect international humanitarian law are considerable,” the report warns, “including damage to a company’s public image, impact on shareholder decisions and share price and could result in employees being criminally responsible for rights abuses.”

The report warns American employees of targeted companies that they face legal risks.
“Employees of companies can face investigation and prosecution for human rights violations committed irrespective of where the violation was committed.”
In addition to legal action against American employees of targeted companies, the Special Rapporteur “concludes that all companies that operate in or otherwise have dealings with Israeli settlements should be boycotted.” The companies should ”be prepared to accept any consequences—reputation, financial, or legal—of continuing operations.”

Should the companies continue doing business in Israel, the Human Rights Council “calls on civil society to actively pursue legal and political redress against non-complying business” and “to vigorously pursue initiatives to boycott, divest and sanction the businesses highlighted in this report” and “calls on the international community to consider requesting an advisory opinion from the International Court of Justice” to punish the businesses.
When the Obama administration joined the Human Rights Council in 2009, U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice pledged, “Working from within, we can make the council a more effective forum to promote and protect human rights.”

Jerusalem Mayor: Let Jews Pray on Temple Mount
Nov 4, 2012
Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat last week said it was time for Israel to finally implement true religious freedom and allow Jews to pray atop the Temple Mount.
"The government is ultimately responsible for whether or not Jews can pray on the Temple Mount, not the Jerusalem municipality," Barkat told students at a religious high school. "My opinion is that everyone should be able to pray there."

Despite being the holiest site in the world to Jews and many Christians, none but Muslims are permitted to pray atop Jerusalem's Temple Mount.
Technically, anyone can pray there, but threats of Muslim violence have resulted in a police policy forbidding Jews and Christians from even mouthing prayers while visiting the Temple Mount.

Despite the ban, a growing numbers of Jews have been saying quiet prayers while visiting the Temple Mount, and many have been arrested for doing so as a result of Muslim authorities complaining to police.
The Muslims claim Jerusalem's Temple Mount as an "Islamic Trust," and therefore view "infidel" prayers as desecrating a site holy to them. Local Muslims have in the past responded with deadly violence to visits to the Temple Mount by prominent Jewish leaders.

Obama victory spells trouble for Israel's Netanyahu
Nov. 7, 2012
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faces an even more awkward time with Washington and re-energized critics at home who accused him on Wednesday of backing the loser in the U.S. presidential election.
With Iran topping his conservative agenda, Netanyahu will have to contend with a strengthened second-term Democratic president after four years of frosty dealings with Barack Obama and a rift over how to curb Tehran's nuclear program.

Facing his own re-election battle in January, polls give Netanyahu little chance of losing but perceptions that he has mishandled Israel's main ally have been seized on by opponents.
"I will continue to work with President Obama to ensure the interests that are vital for the security of Israel's citizens," Netanyahu said in a short, congratulatory statement hailing what he called strong strategic relations with Washington.

But in remarks underscoring a rift with the United States over possible Israeli military action against Iran, Netanyahu said in an interview broadcast on Israel's Channel 2 this week: "If there is no other way to stop Iran, Israel is ready to act."
Relations between Netanyahu and Obama hit a new low two months ago after the Israeli leader said nations which failed to set "red lines" for Iran - which denies seeking atomic arms - did not have the "moral right" to stop Israel from attacking.

Palestinians prepare U.N. upgrade despite U.S., Israel warnings
Nov. 8, 2012
(Reuters) - The Palestinian Authority circulated a draft resolution to U.N. member states on Wednesday that calls for upgrading its U.N. status to that of an "observer state" despite U.S. and Israeli suggestions that the Palestinians could face retaliatory moves.
The draft resolution, which could be put to a vote in the 193-nation U.N. General Assembly later this month, also reiterates the Palestinian Authority's commitment to the "two-state solution" in which Israel and an independent Palestinian state would co-exist in peace.

If approved, the resolution would "accord to Palestine Observer State status in the United Nations system, without prejudice to the acquired rights, privileges and role of the Palestine Liberation Organization as the representative of the Palestinian people," according to a draft obtained by Reuters.

The Palestinians are currently considered an observer "entity" at the United Nations. Acceptance of the Palestinians as a non-member state, similar to the Vatican's U.N. status, would implicitly recognize Palestinian statehood.
The upgrade could also grant the Palestinians access to bodies like the International Criminal Court in The Hague, where they could file complaints against Israel.

Timeline of the Gaza escalation

There Will Be War In The Middle East
The military action that we are watching in the Middle East right now is just a preview of coming attractions.  Tensions in the region are rising with each passing day, and all sides have been anticipating future conflicts and preparing for war for decades.  It would be wonderful if everyone could sit down, forgive each other and agree to quit fighting, but that is not going to happen.  Most of us that live in the western world have a very difficult time understanding the mindset of those immersed in these conflicts.  In the Middle East, there are vendettas and grudges that go back literally thousands of years.  Children are raised in schools where they are taught to bitterly hate their enemies from the time that they are first able to speak.  As Americans, we have forgiven former enemies such as Germany and Japan and we just expect that everyone else should be able to forgive as well.  But that is simply not the way that it works over there, and there is no long-term solution in the Middle East that is going to be acceptable to all sides.  Right now, Israel, Hamas, Hezbollah, the Muslim Brotherhood, Syria and Iran are all preparing for war.  Hopefully cooler heads will prevail in this current crisis, but that will only delay the inevitable.  There will be war in the Middle East.  Yes, politicians such as Barack Obama will do their best to broker more "peace agreements", but even the declaration of a "Palestinian state" will never stop the fighting.  In fact, it would just set the stage for more war.  I don't mean to sound pessimistic about the region, but the truth is that there will be more war until it is not possible to fight any longer.  Any "peace plan" will just be a pause in the warfare.
But hopefully the current crisis in the Middle East will not immediately erupt into a full-blown regional war.  That would not be good for the global economy.  In fact, that would not be good for anyone at all.

Here are some of the most recent developments...
-Hamas has launched dozens of rockets into Israel since Saturday.  At one point, the IDF estimated that at least 130 rockets had been fired from Gaza.  Other estimates have put the number of rocket attacks much higher.

Palestinian militants barraged Israel with more than 200 rockets on Thursday, killing three people as Israel pressed a punishing campaign of airstrikes on militant targets across the Gaza Strip. Three rockets targeted the densely populated Tel Aviv area, setting off air raid sirens in brazen attacks that threatened to trigger an Israeli ground invasion of Gaza.
Late in the day, Israel signaled a ground operation may be imminent as forces moved toward the border area with Gaza. At least 12 trucks were seen transporting tanks and armored personnel carriers, and a number of buses carrying soldiers arrived. Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak said he had authorized the army to call-up additional reservists for possible action. The army said it was prepared to draft up to 30,000 additional troops.

Dozens of rockets continue to hit southern communities during Egyptian PM Hesham Kandil's visit to Gaza, nixing hopes for a lull; IAF strikes Hamas commander's home in Rafah
As Operation Pillar of Defense entered its third day, Gaza terror groups continued to fire rockets on southern Israeli communities. The IDF struck hundreds of targets in Gaza overnight and on Friday morning.
At least 12 rockets and mortar shells exploded in the Eshkol Regional Council after Egyptian Prime Minister Hesham Kandil arrived in Gaza, nixing hopes for a lull. Two rockets exploded in the city of Kiryat Gat. Two rockets that were fired towards Gan Yavne and Hof Ashkelon were intercepted by the Iron Dome. Dozens of rockets were launched on Friday morning and the count continues to climb.
Palestinian sources reported that the IAF had struck the home of Muhammad Abu Shmala, the commander of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades' southern district. Another report claimed that one was killed and three were injured in an IDF strike in the northern Gaza city of Jabalia. The IDF denied striking the region.

Another rocket hit a house in the Shaar Hanegev Regional Council, causing considerable damage and igniting a fire. No injuries were immediately reported.
Meanwhile, rockets continued to fall the Eshkol and Bnei Shimon regional councils, and air raid sirens sounded in Beersheba, Sderot, Ofakim and other towns in the vicinity. The Iron Dome intercepted several rockets fired on Beersheba and Ashkelon.,7340,L-4306450,00.html

Is there a limit to the number of times the news media will act as willing accomplices for Palestinian propaganda?  Apparently not.
The BBC, which has been an enemy of Israel for years, even going so far as to quote as an authority noted Israel hater Richard Falk, who has compared Israelis to Nazis, has now been caught cutting a video showing a “victim” of the Israeli attack on Gaza being carried out, seriously wounded.
One problem. In the same video 30 seconds later, the same man is standing on his own two feet.

Islamic terrorists all do that.  They LOVE thier children killed for propaganda.
We shoot Israel and kill civilians!  But look - they shoot back and hit our children!
Hamas put one of its missile launch sites in the Gaza Strip next to a mosque and children's playground, and they surgically managed to take out the launch site with an air strike.
The launch site was set up to allow Hamas to fire long-range rockets into Israel. Aerial photos of the launch given to KleinOnline show "a children’s playground and a mosque located about a half a block away."
In addition, two civilian factories and a gas station were also within a half-block radius of the launch site.
Hamas and other terrorist groups have fired nearly 500 rockets into Israel since fighting began anew in the Gaza Strip four days ago.

Israel and Hamas wage social media fight via social media platforms
The hostilities between Israel and Hamas have found a new battleground: social media.
The Israeli Defence Forces and Hamas militants have exchanged fiery tweets throughout the fighting in a separate war to influence public opinion.
Shortly after it launched its campaign Wednesday by killing Hamas' top military commander Ahmed Jabari, the Israeli military's media office announced a "widespread campaign on terror sites & operatives in the (hash)Gaza Strip" on its Twitter account.

It then posted a 10-second black-and-white video of the airstrike on its official YouTube page. Google Inc., which owns YouTube, removed the video for a time early Thursday, but reconsidered and restored it.
A tweet from (at)idfspokesperson said: "We recommend that no Hamas operatives, whether low level or senior leaders, show their faces above ground in the days ahead."

Israel moves on reservists after rockets target cities
Israeli ministers were on Friday asked to endorse the call-up of up to 75,000 reservists after Palestinian militants nearly hit Jerusalem with a rocket for the first time in decades and fired at Tel Aviv for a second day.
The rocket attacks were a challenge to Israel's Gaza offensive and came just hours after Egypt's prime minister, denouncing what he described as Israeli aggression, visited the enclave and said Cairo was prepared to mediate.

Israel's armed forces announced that a highway leading to the Gaza Strip and two roads bordering the enclave would be off-limits to civilian traffic until further notice.
Tanks and self-propelled guns were seen near the border area on Friday, and the military said it had already called 16,000 reservists to active duty.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened senior cabinet ministers in Tel Aviv after the rockets struck to decide on widening the Gaza campaign.
Political sources said ministers were asked to approve the mobilization of up to 75,000 reservists, in what could be preparation for a possible ground operation.!

Egypt takes more aggressive, and less neutral, approach to Gaza
Nov 16, 2012
Egyptians rallied in cities across the country Friday to show solidarity with Palestinians and to support or criticize Egypt’s new Islamist government, which has enlivened the Arab world with its diplomatic maneuvers and condemnation of Israel.
President Mohamed Morsi has not stopped the fighting between Hamas and Israel, but he has emerged as a more aggressive and less neutral player than his predecessor Hosni Mubarak, who was toppled in last year’s uprising. Morsi’s engagement is a testament to the rising profile of Islamists in the region’s political realignment.

“Morsi has made it clear that Israel’s attacks on Gaza are unacceptable. He used harsher terms than Mubarak,” said Mohamed Shahin, a writer and engineer. But, with an accustomed air of resignation, he added: “I believe Morsi did all he can do at this point. Not much will change in the long run.”
Morsi has withdrawn Egypt’s ambassador from Israel, urged the U.S. to intervene to stop the bloodshed and on Friday sent his prime minister to Gaza to try to broker a cease-fire. But Morsi, a former Muslim Brotherhood leader, was quickly schooled on Egypt’s limitations and the volatile risks it faces when Hamas and Israel traded fire shortly after Prime Minister Hesham Kandil met with Gazan officials.

While many Egyptians have backed Morsi’s stance thus far, others were critical that the government has not taken sharper steps, such as threatening to cut trade with Israel. They suggest Morsi’s approach has been too measured at a time when Israel, through its military action against Hamas, may also be testing Egypt’s resolve.
“We need to exert more pressure on Israel to end this war,” said Ahmed Hassan, a small-business owner. “Sending the prime minister for a couple of hours is not enough. This is not helping the people of Gaza. The airstrikes are resuming. Egypt needs to deal with Gaza like it’s an internal affair. This is a matter of national security.”,0,3063039.story

Egypt MB President Morsi presents Egypt as Arab champion of Palestinians
Nov 16, 2012
Egypt's Islamist president delivered his fiercest condemnation yet of Israel's offensive in Gaza on Friday, warning that the blood Israel sheds will be a "curse upon it" and presenting post-revolution Egypt as the new Arab champion for the Palestinians.
Mohammed Morsi spoke in a speech at a mosque after weekly Friday prayers, dramatically stepping up his rhetoric against Israel hours after his prime minister visited Gaza in a show of support for its Hamas rulers. After Friday prayers, thousands marched in Cairo in support of Palestinians.

Morsi, a veteran of the Muslim Brotherhood group that opposes Israel, has been trying to walk a middle path amid the first major crisis with Israel since he took office in late June. Many in Egypt demand that the country's first elected president take a tougher line with Israel than ousted leader Hosni Mubarak did. At the same time, Morsi feels pressure not to go too far and risk straining ties with Israel's ally, the United States.
At the same time, Morsi appears to be trying to turn the crisis to his advantage, by depicting Egypt as the Arab world's main protector of the Palestinians, after years under Mubarak, who was closely tied to Israel and opposed to the Hamas militant group.

Israel's Barak seeks three more Iron Dome rocket interceptors
Nov 16, 2012
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Defence Minister Ehud Barak will seek cabinet approval for funds that could provide Israel with three new Iron Dome rocket interceptors, officials said on Friday as cross-border fighting surged in Gaza.
Israel's military air defence corps has four Iron Dome batteries deployed and will receive a fifth from state-owned Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd after Barak rushed its production, his ministry said in a statement.

It said Barak would on Sunday, the beginning of the Israeli work week, ask the cabinet to earmark 750 million shekels ($190 million) for expanding the Iron Dome program. An Israeli official, speaking to Reuters on condition of anonymity, estimated that money would be enough for three more batteries.
First fielded last year, Iron Dome has served as a bulwark against rockets and mortar bombs fired by Palestinian militants in the Hamas-governed Gaza Strip.

Israel launches scores of airstrikes into Gaza
Israel bombarded the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip with nearly 200 airstrikes early Saturday, the military said, widening a blistering assault on Gaza rocket operations to include the prime minister's headquarters, a police compound and a vast network of smuggling tunnels.
The new attacks, which Gaza officials say left 10 dead, followed an unprecedented rocket strike aimed at the contested holy city of Jerusalem that raised the stakes in Israel's violent confrontation with Palestinian militants and extended the battlefield.

Israeli aircraft also kept pounding their original targets, the militants' weapons storage facilities and underground rocket launching sites. They also went after rocket squads more aggressively. The military has called up thousands of reservists and massed troops, tanks and other armored vehicles along the border with Gaza, signaling a ground invasion could be imminent.

Militants, undaunted by the heavy damage the Israeli attacks have inflicted, have unleashed some 500 rockets against the Jewish state, including new, longer-range weapons turned for the first time this week against Jerusalem and the Tel Aviv heartland. Following those attacks, the military deployed an Iron Dome rocket defense battery in central Israel on Saturday. The system, devised precisely to deflect the Gaza rocket threat, was deployed two months earlier than planned, the Defense Ministry said.

Islamist leaders vow unity against Israel
KHARTOUM, SUDAN (Reuters) - At a conference that drew a roll-call of the Islamist leaders who have gained influence in the wake of Arab Spring revolts, Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal won a noisy welcome and pledges of support on Thursday.
A day after Israel assassinated Hamas's top commander in the Gaza Strip in a new offensive, hundreds of delegates at the conference in Sudan burst into applause and cheers as Meshaal, dressed in a suit and open-necked shirt, entered Khartoum's hangar-sized Friendship Hall.

"Khaybar, Khaybar," the crowd chanted as Meshaal shook hands with other Islamist leaders, in a reference to a battle in Arabia where the Prophet Mohammad and his followers defeated Jewish defenders in the 7th century. "The army of Mohammad has started to return."
Although most attendees were Sudanese, some came from as far as Indonesia and Senegal.
Among the delegates were the leaders of the Islamist parties in Egypt and Tunisia that have come to power through the ballot box in the wake of the Arab Spring, a regional shift towards the Islamists that has also helped embolden Hamas.

Thousands protest in Egypt against Israeli attacks on Gaza
Nov 17, 2012
Thousands of people protested in Egyptian cities on Friday against Israeli air strikes on Gaza and Egypt's president pledged to support the Palestinian enclave's population in the face of "blatant aggression".
Western governments are watching Egypt's response to the Gaza conflagration for signs of a more assertive stance towards Israel since an Islamist came to power in the Arab world's most populous nation.

President Mohamed Mursi is mindful of anti-Israeli sentiment among Egyptians emboldened by last year's Arab Spring uprising but needs to show Western allies his new government is no threat to Middle East peace.
His prime minister, Hisham Kandil, visited Gaza on Friday in a demonstration of solidarity after two days of strikes by Israeli warplanes targeting Gaza militants, who had stepped up rocket fire into Israel in recent weeks.

Gazans watch with pride as Hamas strikes Israel
Nov 17, 2012
Israel's new offensive against the Gaza Strip has turned into a political bonanza for the territory's Hamas rulers, while sidelining Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, their Western-backed rival in the West Bank.
Gazans feeling unfairly attacked by Israel have been watching with gleeful pride as Hamas militants fire rockets deeper than ever into Israel and Arab leaders flock to previously isolated Gaza to show solidarity. Growing collateral damage from Israel's massive aerial bombardments of Hamas targets does not appear to have hurt the Islamists' sudden popularity.

Saed Moaserji, a 19-year-old engineering student from Gaza's Jebaliya refugee camp, said he felt intense pride after Hamas rocket squads for the first time this week targeted Jerusalem.
"I never liked Hamas, but I wished I could kiss the forehead of the one who fired the rocket on Jerusalem," Moaserji said Saturday, standing outside a local Hamas commander's two-story home that had just been flattened in an airstrike.

The support was in sharp contrast to recent months, when the Islamist group seemed to be flailing, riven by internal divisions over the direction of the movement and the refusal of Egypt's new government to lift a Gaza blockade imposed by Israel and the previous regime in Cairo after Hamas seized the territory in 2007.
Meanwhile, a mention of Abbas — formally the leader of all Palestinians — elicited shrugs or even scorn in Gaza.

Russia will back Egyptian efforts to end Israeli aggression
Nov 16, 2012
Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country will back Egyptian efforts to put an end to the Israeli aggression in the besieged Gaza Strip.
In a telephone conversation with Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi on Friday, Putin said Russia planned to support Cairo's efforts directed at normalizing the situation in the Palestinian territory, the Kremlin said in a statement.
The remarks come after Egypt’s Prime Minister Hisham Qandil visited the Gaza Strip on Friday, where he urged the world leaders to stop Tel Aviv’s attacks.
Qandil promised to intensify Egypt’s efforts to “stop this aggression and achieve a lasting truce."

Turkish PM in Cairo vows support for Gaza
Nov. 17, 2012
CAIRO (AP) — Turkey's prime minister has vowed support for Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan described Egypt's uprising that ousted longtime autocratic leader Hosni Mubarak from power last year as a point of hope for Palestinians. The Turkish leader delivered his remarks in a speech at Cairo University Saturday.
He also met President Mohammed Morsi in Cairo for the first time since the Egyptian Islamist leader was elected late June.
The Turkish leader is in Egypt with a delegation of 12 ministers and 350 businessmen.
Meanwhile, hundreds of people protested outside the Arab League headquarters in Cairo, where Arab foreign ministers are meeting to discuss Israel's expanded fierce air assault on rocket operations in Gaza, which is run by the Islamic militant Hamas group.

Egypt president vows to stand by Gaza
Nov 16, 2012
CAIRO (AP) — Egypt's Islamist president says his country will stand by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and demanded Israel stop its latest offensive on the Hamas-ruled territory.
Mohammed Morsi says Egypt "will not leave Gaza on its own" and warned the "aggressor to stop the bloodshed or face the wrath" of Egypt's new leadership and institutions.
Morsi spoke on Friday at a mosque near his house on the outskirts of Cairo. The sermon was his harshest condemnation yet of the Israeli offensive.
Morsi said he dispatched his prime minister to Gaza to send a clear message that Egypt supports the people there and will not tolerate the killing of civilians.
Hamas is an offshoot of Morsi's Muslim Brotherhood group in Egypt. The Brotherhood led protests across the country on Friday against Israel.

Israel bombards Gaza Strip, shoots down rocket
Nov 17, 2012
GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip (AP) — Israel destroyed the headquarters of Hamas' prime minister and blasted a sprawling network of smuggling tunnels in the southern Gaza Strip on Saturday, broadening a blistering four-day-old offensive against the Islamic militant group even as diplomatic efforts to broker a cease-fire appeared to be gaining steam.
Hamas officials said a building used by Hamas for broadcasts was bombed and three people were injured. The injured were from Al Quds TV, a Lebanon-based television channel. The building is also used by foreign news outlets including Germany's ARD, Kuwait TV and the Italian RAI and others.
The Israeli military spokesman was not immediately aware of the strikes but said they were investigating.
In neighboring Egypt, President Mohammed Morsi hosted leaders from Hamas and two key allies, Qatar and Turkey, to seek a way to end the fighting.

Sinai, Egypt, Turkey, Russia and (cough) truce

Israel launches fresh, major air-sea attack on Gaza after Hamas spurns ceasefire.
Egypt and Turkey mediate and Gaza.  Thats a joke.
Day 5 of IDF Gaza operation after daylong bargaining Saturday among Washington, Jerusalem, Cairo and Gaza failed to produce an Israel-Hamas truce.
WHY does Israel bother with any 'truce' with Muslims, the Muslims dont keep them.  Israel cant be that dumb!

Egypt and Turkey 'ceasefire' only pushed Hamas unacceptable terms.
Egypt smuggled Hamas terror chief Haniyeh out of Gaza and over to Sinai.
Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi decided that Haniyeh must be continuously available by phone to lead the Hamas side in the ceasefire negotiations.
This was not possible so long as the Hamas prime minister remained in Gaza.
All of Hamas leaders are hiding for fear of targeted assassination by Israel.
They have switched off their phones and electronic communications to avoid giving away their locations to Israeli surveillance.
Haniyeh was even afraid to communicate with Cairo through the Egyptian military mission in Gaza.
Moving Haniyeh to Sinai put a Hamas negotiator in place to lead a truce.

Turkey is a Hamas terror base since Obama began war in Syria.
Israel insists that a ceasefire be signed between the US, Egypt, Turkey and Israel, and exclude Hamas, which would be bound by a separate agreement with Cairo.
Israel wants the United States to act as guarantor for a ceasefire. Erdogan has invited Russian President Putin.
Hamas has rejected all of Israel's terms.  Surprise, surprise.

Israeli objectives - eliminating Hamas war arsenals and restoring peace to the population of Israel.
The ground operation will not go forward so long as there is a chance of a ceasefire unless there is escalation from Hamas or a strike that caused significant casualties.

Egypt, Gaza and the Sinai Peninsula

   Why Hamas Targeted Jerusalem
   Hamas' Rocket Strategy
The Relevance of Israel and Gaza

The conflict in Gaza comes at an interesting time in Egyptian-Israeli relations. Cairo recently saw the Muslim Brotherhood candidate assume the Egyptian presidency, while in the past two years Israel has approved two Egyptian military increases "in the Sinai Peninsula above levels set in the Camp David Accords. The disposition of the forces in Sinai coupled with the presence of the U.N.-mandated Multinational Force and Observers mean at present, Egyptian forces do not pose a significant threat to Israel. How Egypt will respond to the conflict between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip remains to be seen, but should the Morsi government or Egypt's military decide to support Gaza, such support would likely consist of turning a blind eye toward militant activities and smuggling in the Sinai Peninsula.

Egypt is one of Israel's most powerful neighbors. Initially hostile to Israel, the two countries have been at peace for nearly 40 years. Following the 1973 Yom Kippur war, the 1978 Camp David Peace Accords between Israel and Egypt established guidelines for what Egypt could do in the Sinai Peninsula in a bid to keep the peace. Strategically, the peace agreement made the peninsula a buffer between Israel and Egypt. It permitted only enough forces in Sinai to enforce security.

The agreement divided the Sinai Peninsula into four zones of increasing neutrality. Egypt is allowed an entire mechanized or infantry division in Zone A, which abuts the Suez Canal. In Zone B, its armed presence is limited to municipal police and border patrol. 1,600 international peacekeepers are spread out across 32 bases in the east of Zone C, and Israel is allowed a limited presence in Zone D.

Periodically, Israel allows Egypt to increase the number of troops east of Zone A for temporary missions with goals like combating militants and criminal smugglers. In 2011, Israel allowed Egypt to send 2,500 troops and 250 armored personnel carriers into the normally demilitarized zones B and C as part of Operation Eagle, a mission to provide security during the power transition from then-recently fallen Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Operation Eagle was joined by Operation Sinai, which came in response to a militant attack against an Egyptian border post Aug. 5 that killed 16 border guards.

Together, the two operations increased the total troop count by more than 2,500 -- the exact troop count of Operation Sinai was in the low hundreds -- added 80 vehicles and, with Israeli Cabinet approval, at least two attack helicopters. Egypt also was allowed to deploy armed fighter jets to El Arish to assist its ground forces in Sinai. Significantly, Israel approved all of these deployments, which are monitored by the 1,600 foreign troops that make up the U.N. Multinational Force and Observers stationed throughout Zone C. Israel did so because it is not in its interest to have unrest in Sinai, whether political protests or militant violence.

Much of the previous militant violence on the Sinai Peninsula has been directed against Israel or Israeli tourists at Sinai beach resorts. Such violence continues, as attested by the four rockets fired at southern Israel from the border town of Rafah on Nov. 14 shortly before Israel announced it had killed Ahmed Jaabari. Like Gaza militants, Egyptian militants are believed to possess Qassam and Grad rockets. Israel is content to allow Egypt to secure Sinai to eradicate these threats.

Egypt's expanded force structure in Sinai is designed to deny militants sanctuary by bringing more force to bear than the municipal police alone can provide. Many of the new forces are stationed in the northeast of Sinai along the Egyptian border with Gaza. The official crossing at Rafah and the many illegal tunnels linking Gaza to Egypt together serve as a significant smuggling corridor along which people, supplies and contraband like drugs and weapons move. Egyptian soldiers have set up roadblocks and checkpoints to monitor and inspect traffic transiting the Sinai Peninsula to counter this smuggling. Egypt has an interest in limiting migrants moving between Egypt and Gaza, as Egypt fears the risk of instability from taking on too many Palestinian refugees. They also fear Israeli retaliation against militants in the Sinai Peninsula should Israel decide Sinai was becoming a militant haven: The Egyptian military has no interest in giving Israel a reason to become involved in Sinai.

The number of troops Egypt has in the Sinai Peninsula now does not pose a direct threat to Israel. If Israel in fact viewed the Egyptian military presence as a threat, it would likely ask Egypt to draw down the expanded troop presence. In fact, the biggest threat the Egyptian military could pose to Israel would be by becoming less involved in Sinai.

Unlike during Operation Cast Lead in 2008, when Egyptian border guards kept the Rafah border crossing closed and even engaged in skirmishes with the Palestinians, Egypt announced Nov. 15 that it would open the border crossing to allow injured persons to seek medical attention in El Arish. It reversed course and closed the border Nov. 16, reflecting the limit on Egyptian humanitarian sentiments when it comes to Rafah and taking into account Egypt's fear of a wave of refugees and militants seeking sanctuary.

If Egypt changes course from 2008 and does not keep the border closed during a ground invasion of Gaza, Israel would have to send troops to the Philadelphi route in Gaza along the border with Egypt to cut the Palestinian territory off from Egypt. This would put Israeli and Egyptian troops closer than they have been for decades, heightening the risks for both sides.

The Rafah Crossing will illustrate Egypt's thinking with regard to the current Israel-Gaza conflict. If Egypt allows the Rafah Crossing to stay open, and especially if it leaves the border open if the fighting in Gaza escalates, Egypt would have decided to oppose Israel, even though it would also be going against its interest to avoid a wave of refugees. Any evidence of Egyptian noncompliance to an Israeli request to draw down the added troops would even more clearly show a rift between the two regional powers.

Obama warns against 'ramping up' in Gaza crisis
BANGKOK (AP) — President Barack Obama said Sunday an incursion by Israel's forces into the Gaza Strip could only deepen its death toll, cautioning against an escalation even as he defended the Jewish state's right to defend itself. Obama also warned Palestinians the crisis could crush peace hopes for years.

"Israel has every right to expect that it does not have missiles fired into its territory," Obama said at the start of a three-nation tour in Asia.

"If that can be accomplished without a ramping up of military activity in Gaza, that's preferable," he said
. "It's not just preferable for the people of Gaza. It's also preferable for Israelis, because if Israeli troops are in Gaza, they're much more at risk of incurring fatalities or being wounded."

Obama's comments came as Israel's campaign against Hamas militants in Gaza blasted into its fifth day. Israel is at a crossroads of whether to launch a ground invasion or pursue Egyptian-led truce efforts. Obama sought to defend the U.S. ally's rights while pushing for a halt in the violence.

Arab ministers back Egypt truce efforts for Gaza
Nov 17, 2012
CAIRO (Reuters) - Arab ministers gave their backing on Saturday to Egyptian efforts to secure a truce that would end Israel's offensive on Gaza, they said in a statement after an Arab League meeting in Cairo.
Arab foreign ministers also agreed to form a delegation to travel to the Palestinian enclave in a show of support. League chief Nabil Elaraby told reporters he would lead the team and that the trip was expected to take place in "one or two days".

Ministers meeting at the Cairo-based headquarters had said Arab states had to take practical steps to support Palestinians in Gaza.
Israel launched a massive air campaign on Wednesday with the declared goal of deterring Hamas, the Palestinian Islamist group that runs the Gaza Strip, from launching rockets that have plagued its southern communities for years.

More diplomacy to try to halt Israel-Gaza fighting

GAZA/JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Hostilities between Islamist militants and Israel entered a sixth day on Monday as diplomatic efforts were set to intensify to try to stop rocket fire from the Gaza Strip and Israeli air strikes on Gaza.

International pressure for a ceasefire seemed certain to mount after the deadliest single incident in the flare-up on Sunday claimed the lives of at least 11 Palestinian civilians, including four children.

Three people, including two children, were killed and 30 others were injured in the latest air strike before dawn on Monday on a family home in the Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City, medical officials said. The Israeli military had no immediate comment and was checking.

United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon was due to arrive in Cairo to add his weight to the truce efforts. Egypt has taken the lead in trying to broker a ceasefire and its officials met the parties on Sunday.

Israeli media said a delegation from Israel had been to Cairo for talks on ending the fighting, although a government spokesman declined to comment on the matter.

It's only a matter of time until the AC steps in to act as "referee" in all of this.

Explosion interrupts live Anderson Cooper report
Nov. 19, 2012
CNN's Anderson Cooper and Wolf Blitzer traveled to Gaza over the weekend to cover the escalating conflict between Israel and Hamas, and one of Cooper's first reports from the region was interrupted by rocket fire.
Cooper was reporting live from Gaza on Sunday when an explosion caused him to duck for cover.
"Whoa," he said, looking back at the blast. "That was a rather large explosion."

A flash of light could be seen shortly before the explosion sent Cooper scrambling. The CNN star stood up and laughed nervously, telling anchor Don Lemon that the blast—the largest he had heard since his arrival on Sunday—set off a number of car alarms.
Blitzer, meanwhile, tweeted that sirens and several "loud booms" sent him scrambling into a shelter. "Iron Dome apparently worked," he wrote.
On Monday, Blitzer will anchor "The Situation Room" live from Jerusalem, while Cooper will host his prime-time show from Gaza City.

Hamas Leader Dares Israel to Invade Amid Gaza Airstrikes
Monday Nov 19
GAZA CITY — The top leader of Hamas dared Israel to launch a ground invasion of Gaza and dismissed diplomatic efforts to broker a cease-fire in the six-day-old conflict, as the Israeli military conducted a new wave of deadly airstrikes on the besieged Palestinian enclave, including a second hit on a 15-story building that houses media outlets. A volley of rockets fired from Gaza into southern Israel included one that hit a vacant school.

Palestinian civilian toll climbs in Gaza
Israeli aircraft struck crowded areas in the Gaza Strip on Monday, driving up the Palestinian death toll to 94 and devastating several homes belonging to one clan as Israel broadened its targets in the 6-day-old offensive meant to quell Hamas rocket fire on Israel.
Escalating its bombing campaign, Israel on Sunday began attacking homes of activists in Hamas, the Islamic militant group that rules Gaza. These attacks have led to a sharp spike in civilian casualties, killing 24 civilians in just under two days and doubling the number of civilians killed in the conflict, a Gaza health official said.

The rising toll was likely to intensify pressure on Israel to end the fighting. Hundreds of civilian casualties in an Israeli offensive in Gaza four years ago led to fierce international condemnation of Israel.
Hamas fighters, meanwhile, have fired hundreds of rockets into Israel in the current round of fighting, including 75 on Monday, among them one that hit an empty school. Twenty rockets were intercepted by the Iron Dome anti-missile battery, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said. Rockets landed in open areas of Beersheva, Ashdod, Asheklon. Schools in southern Israel have been closed since the start of the offensive Wednesday.

Russia accuses U.S. of blocking U.N. action on Israel-Gaza conflict
UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - Russia accused the United States on Monday of blocking a bid by the U.N. Security Council to condemn the escalating conflict between Israel and Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and said other council members were filibustering the issue.
Russia's U.N. envoy Vitaly Churkin said he was prepared to introduce a resolution - a stronger move by the council than a statement - to call for an end to the violence and show support for regional and international efforts to broker peace.

Churkin said he would draft a resolution if agreement could not be reached among the 15 council members on a statement, which has to be approved by consensus. A resolution is passed when it receives nine votes in favor and no vetoes by the five permanent council members - Russia, China, Britain, the United States and France.
"One member of the Security Council, I'm sure you can guess which, indicated ... they will not be prepared to go along with any reaction of the Security Council," said Churkin, making a thinly veiled reference to the United States.
"Somehow, allegedly, that could hurt the current efforts carried out by Egypt and the region," he said.

The radio message to the Israel Air Force pilot en route to bombing a Hamas rocket launcher in Gaza came in loud and clear: Abort mission, Civilians spotted.
It was one of many occasions in which pilots were ordered to call off air strikes in the last moment, after real-time footage of the target area revealed the presence of Palestinian non-combatants.

Palestinians, Iranian and Hellzballah terrorists would then assemble them.
Iran bankrolls the Palestinian terrorists and has no intention of letting them bow to Cairo.

Hamas won upper hand, truce a mistake
Nov. 21, 2012   Wednesday

Politicians to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's right and left spoke out against Wednesday night's ceasefire, with only Labor, Meretz and others on the left supporting it.
"The goals of his operation were not reached, and the next round is only a matter of time," opposition leader Shaul Mofaz (Kadima) said. "We should not have stopped at this stage. Hamas got stronger and we did not gain deterrence." Mofaz referred to his experience as IDF chief of staff and leading Operation Defensive Shield, saying it is possible to defeat terror.

"The army knows how to do its work, and we could have won this time.
A ceasefire at this point is a mistake; this is not how a war against terror ends. Hamas has the upper hand," he stated.

Kadima MK Ronit Tirosh accused Netanyahu of cynically using the residents of the South and making the equation "the higher the number of victims, the higher number of Knesset seats." Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid criticized Netanyahu for 'failing to achieve the goals" that the government had set for itself in the ceasefire announcement.

Times of Israel has closed their Op Pillar daily blog

Israel announced that all the goals set for the Pillar of Cloud Gaza operation were achieved.
They did not reveal the concessions they made.
It was foolish for Israel to allow Egypt, their new enemy, to act as truce arbitrator.
By deferring to Egypt Muslim Brotherhood, Israel let itself be demoted to equal footing with Hamas terrorists

Egypt didnt stop the arms smuggling traffic to Gaza from Libya and Sudan and Iran).
Hamas took a heavy beating but mostly remains intact
With that success in hand, Israel had no need to negotiate with Hamas over a ceasefire, which Hamas will not honor.

France blames Iran for Gaza conflict.  Jpost
Iran does provide weapons to Gaza

Israel failed in its goals', thanks Iran

Hamas terror chief Khaled Meshaal said Israel had "failed in all its goals" after a Gaza truce deal, while thanking Egypt and Iran for their support during the conflict.

Meshaal also thanked ceasefire mediator Egypt, as well as Iran, which he said "had a role in arming" his Islamist movement during the conflict.

Meshaal also praised Iran, despite "disagreements on the situation in Syria".
And the Hamas leader warned Israel against violating the agreement.
"If you commit, we will commit. If you do not commit, the rifles are in our hands," he said.

Earlier, Egypt announced the ceasefire agreement would come into effect at 1900 GMT.

Realize Hamas is Muslim Brotherhood.  So is Egypt.
Israel made a deal with the Devil.

No one reading this should believe there will be any peace.

Gazans celebrate "victory" over Israel
Nov. 22, 2012
GAZA (Reuters) - Gazans savoured the calm that pervaded their coastal enclave on Thursday after an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire halted eight days of relentless Israeli bombardment that killed 162 people.
Despite the death and destruction, many were buoyant, echoing assertions of the Gaza Strip's Islamist Hamas rulers that their rocket salvoes, which reached Tel Aviv and Jerusalem for the first time, had trumped Israel's military might.

"Congratulations on your victory," passersby said as they shook hands with Hamas traffic policemen back on the streets after days in hiding to avoid Israeli bombs and missiles.
But joy mingled with grief as many Palestinians walked by wrecked houses and government buildings, glimpsing shredded clothing, ruined furniture and cars half-buried in the rubble.

Fighting ended late on Wednesday after the Hamas movement and Israel accepted a truce, although doubt abounded on both sides that this would be anything more than a pause in a deadly struggle between deeply distrustful adversaries.
Jubilant crowds celebrated in Gaza, most waving green Hamas flags, but hundreds with the yellow emblems of the rival Fatah group led by Western-backed Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

Day after president brokered Gaza truce, Egypt's Brotherhood leader slams peace with Israel
CAIRO - The leader and top cleric of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood has denounced peace efforts with Israel, urging holy war to liberate Palestinian territories.
Mohammed Badei's call Thursday comes just a day after Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, who also hails from the Brotherhood, succeeded in brokering a truce to end eight days of Israel-Hamas fighting.
Under the deal, Gaza's ruling Hamas is to stop rocket fire into Israel while Israel is to cease airstrikes and allow the opening of the strip's long-blockaded borders.
Badei says "jihad is obligatory" for Muslims and that peace deals with Israel are a "game of grand deception." He says there's been enough negotiations, the "enemy knows nothing but language of force."
The Brotherhood and its members don't recognize Israel and refuse to hold direct talks with Israelis.

Nov.  25, 2012
I was hoping to see some of God's miracles out of the November 2012 Israel-Gaza war.  Here is one.
An army unit survived a direct missile hit to a building where it was preparing for a possible land incursion into Gaza during Operation Pillar of Defense.
Dozens of Israeli soldiers were being briefed in a building bordering Gaza when a Hamas missile tore through the roof and hit a wall.
The soldiers were evacuated quickly in fear of explosives in the missile.
Only one soldier was injured in the attack.

'It was a miracle!  God only knows how nobody was killed in this incident,' said a soldier.

3 Iranian missile engineers got into Gaza, and more are on their way from their base in Lebanon.
Bedouins led them through secret smuggling trails in Sinai undetected.

They entered Gaza through one of the tunnels Israel had blasted 72 hours before the ceasefire.

Muslims Claim Netanyahu Plans to Build ‘False’ Holy Temple

Al Aqsa officials warn that the “new Likud” is planning to build a “false” Third Holy Temple and divide the Muslim compound.

Muslim paranoia of Jews on the Temple Mount had reached panic stages even before this week’s Likud primaries that placed Jewish Leadership faction leader Moshe Feiglin in a ranking that assures his election to the Knesset in January.

Arab world media constantly report of Jewish “invasions” of the Temple Mount every time Jews try to ascend the holy site. Israeli authorities enforce the Muslim Waqf policy that forbids Jews to pray there or carry prayer books or other holy articles with them.

The Palestinian Authority and the Islamic Movement’s branch in the Galilee frequently claim that Israel is digging underneath the Temple Mount to cause its collapse.

Now, the Al Aqsa Foundation has pointed to the popular support for Feiglin and other strong nationalists of the Likud as proof that Al Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount will be “contaminated” by Jews.

Worst of all, the Foundation claims that the election results show that Prime Minister Netanyahu soon will announce plans for building the Third Temple, which it describes as “false," in line with increasingly popular Muslim ideology that the First and Second Temples never existed.

All of the “evidence” is “undeniable proof that the Al Aqsa mosque is in danger and that the Muslim world must shoulder the responsibility to save it,” according to Al Aqsa.

Feiglin is known for his desire to pray on the Temple Mount, and after the Pillar of Defense counter terrorist operation, he wrote, “We must expel the Muslim Waqf from the Temple Mount and restore exclusive Israeli sovereignty over the Mount – Judaism's most holy site. We must encourage Jews to ascend the Temple Mount after the proper halakhic preparations and to actualize their sovereignty over the beating heart of the Jewish Nation.”

Jewish Woman in Iran Cut in Half for Refusing to Turn Over Her Home to a Mosque
Nov 29, 2012
Islam is the religion of peace. Mosques are places where peaceful worshipers gather. And no one should ever be concerned about a mosque going up near their home. Never.
A Jewish woman in Isfahan, Iran, was murdered and cut in half by Muslim extremists who wanted to take over her home, Israel Radio reported on Thursday.

Relatives of the woman said she had lived next to a newly built mosque, and worshippers had demanded that she and her family leave their home so the mosque could be expanded.
The woman submitted a complaint to authorities about the efforts to take over her home. On Monday, a group of thugs came to her house, murdered her, and, according to reports, cut her body in half.
The event left the Jewish community in Iran, estimated to be around 25,000 people, worried and fearing escalating violence against it.

But remember, Jews and Christians in the Muslim are “protected”. They pay protection money in the form of Jizya. And they’re not persecuted too much, unless they don’t make way for a mosque or unless Islamists take over.
This is your life. This is your life under Islam.

As Fatah fades, UN recognition of Palestine may eventually benefit Hamas

Thursday night, Nov. 29, the UN General Assembly grants Palestine non-member observer status within the 1967 borders by majority vote. But to which Palestinian rule does it apply?  Abbas’s Fatah is fading, whereas the extremist Hamas in the Gaza Strip is a rising force. If it qualifies for a place in the Sunni Middle East grouping Egypt, Turkey and Qatar are building with US backing and Israeli approval, Hamas may become the beneficiary of the upgraded Palestinian status won by Abbas.

Obama sending US war gear to EGYPT Muslim Brotherhood terrorists
Dec 8, 2012  EGYPT will use our military equipment AGAINST ISRAEL.

Morsi is turning guns on his own people, we only know news claims Assad is, we dont know if its true.
The U.S. NEWS are yapping about Assad in Syria turning guns on his own people (supposedly).
Egypt is doing exactly the same thing - but Obama is helping Egypt.  Weird, eh?
Frank Gaffney has been warning about the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood as it relates to the U.S.

For Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood government, more battle tanks and jet fighters are on their way from the United States.
U.S. will continue to modernize the biggest military in Africa even as Morsi has decreed near-absolute power for himself and his supporters and opponents battle outside his palace.
The Egypt military buildup presents risks for Washington and Israel with the growing influence of the Brotherhood, whose overriding goal is to establish Shariah, or Islamic, law worldwide - INCLUDING USA - AND THAT IS HAPPENING, HAS HAPPENED!

The Pentagon said they are 'always reviewing our foreign assistance to make sure foreign assistance advances U.S. objectives and is being used for the right purposes.'
For an Islamic MB whitehouse and Pentagon, the right purpose is against Israel.  KNOW HOW to INTERPRET what govt says!

New Fatah logo erases Israel

Official logo celebrating Fatah's 48th anniversary
includes map that shows all of Israel as "Palestine"

by Itamar Marcus and Nan Jacques Zilberdik

The official Palestinian Authority daily published a picture of the official logo chosen by Fatah for celebrations marking the movement's 48th anniversary. The logo features various symbols, including a map of "Palestine" that includes all of Israel, the number 48, the Palestinian flag, and the slogan for the 48th anniversary: "The state and the victory."

Palestinian Media Watch has documented that official PA maps do not acknowledge Israel's existence and mark all of Israel as "Palestine." The maps appear in all official frameworks including schools, government offices, official PA media, logos, at events and in official documents.

Other symbols central to Fatah ideology also appear in the logo, including a rifle and a key symbolizing the Palestinian claim of ownership to houses within Israel (see letters in yellow). The pattern in the map is reminiscent of the Palestinian keffiyeh-scarf. The dove breaking the chain symbolizes the freeing of all Palestinian prisoners. The golden dome represents both Islam and the Palestinian claim to Jerusalem.

The following is the article announcing the new logo in the official PA daily:

"Senior Fatah official in the Gaza Strip, Yahya Rabah, stressed that the movement this year will hold a big, central rally in the Gaza Strip on the day of the 48th anniversary of the beginning of the Palestinian revolution. Rabah explained to Ma'an that the event will be held considering the atmosphere of reconciliation and unity that has prevailed in the Palestinian arena in the last few weeks following the accomplishments in the battlefield (i.e., the Hamas-Israel military conflict in Gaza November 2012) and the accomplishments at the UN (i.e., UN vote granting "Palestine" observer status). The organizing committee for the 48th anniversary of the Fatah movement approved this year's main anniversary logo... [The rally] will take place in Gaza to mark the 48th anniversary of the modern Palestinian revolution under the slogan 'the state and the victory.'"

DUH of the month
Hamas violated laws of war
Dec 24, 2012
Hamas terrorists, broke international law by firing rockets from Gaza toward civilians in Israel, admits Human Rights Watch (HRW).  Its about time!
Palestinians made clear that harming civilians was their aim.  As always!  Slaughtering babies is a joy to Muslims!
HRW said there is simply no legal justification for launching rockets at populated areas. DUH!

Targeting civilian centers is an act banned under international law.
Yet Muslims do this ALL the time!
Hamas was responsible for reining in the behavior of other groups as the ruling authority in Gaza.

Gaza terrorists committed war crimes
Human Rights Watch says 'there is simply no legal justification' for deliberate attacks on Israeli population centers during Pillar of Defense
Palestinian armed groups in Gaza violated the laws of war during the November conflict by launching hundreds of rockets toward population centers in Israel, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said in a report released on Monday.

According to the IDF, some 1,500 rockets were fired at Israel during Operation Pillar of Defense. At least 800 struck Israel, including 60 that hit populated areas.
The rocket attacks, including the first from Gaza to strike the Tel Aviv and Jerusalem areas, killed three Israeli civilians, wounded at least 38, several seriously, and destroyed civilian property.

"Palestinian armed groups made clear in their statements that harming civilians was their aim," said Sarah Leah Whitson, Middle East director at HRW. "There is simply no legal justification for launching rockets at populated areas."

The rights group said that under international humanitarian law, or the laws of war, civilians and civilian structures may not be subject to deliberate attacks or attacks that do not discriminate between civilians and military targets.
"Anyone who commits serious laws-of-war violations intentionally or recklessly is responsible for war crimes," it stated.,7340,L-4323747,00.html

Libya Egypt Terror in Sinai
January 8, 2013
-  My analysis from article details
Jihadist terror is rampant in Sinai, a threat to Israel.  I have watched to see if Obama sent the promised US troops to Sinai, and even inquired of an Israeli source.  Nothing.
FINALLY this report indicates Obama never sent the US troops to Sinai, promised to Israel.  So much for the word of that lying basturd.
On Nov. 21, Barak Obama pledged the immediate deployment of US troops in Sinai as part of the ceasefire deal which ended Israel's Gaza operation

The United States has still not taken steps against the Egyptian or Libyan Ansar al-Sharia terrorists which assassinated Chris Stevens and 3 US staffers on Sept. 11. 2012.
This cross-alliance still functions with impunity over Benghazi and eastern Libya, funded by the smuggling of arms to Gaza (and Syria) via Sinai - Egypt.
Sinai security is deteriorating as Egypt struggles to retain some grip on the territory.

O PLEASE!  Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi is the head terrorist!  Enough of this pretense!
Egypt and Hamas are both Muslim Brotherhood (MB) Sunni terrorists with the goal to wipe out Israel.
Hamas is in cahoots with terrorists in Libya and Sinai and Egypt is part of it, NOT against it.

Delayed American action in Sinai has produced 3 results:
1.  The Sinai arms smuggling route (which also serves Iran) is thriving as never before.
2.  Sinai has evolved into an operational hub for Africa and the Middle East
3.  In the absence of any resistance, Muslim terrorists are close to the Israeli border.

al Qaeda does not exist.
al Qaeda is Muslim Brotherhood, both Sunni jihad Muslim.
You can read some interesting details on this link but they dont give the true picture.  Debka wordings are too cautious.
Everyone seems afraid of calling Obama-Morsi the terrorists they are.

Israel should re-occupy Sinai

The Battle for Jerusalem
March 27, 2013  The ARAB SPRING was always the Battle for Jerusalem

Arab League approves $1 billion plan to protect Islamic and Arab character of East Jerusalem.  Muslim LIE #1.
Objecting to Judaisation of Jerusalem is absurd and is equitable to an objection to the Catholic nature of the Vatican.
The Arab League approved a Qatari proposal to set up a $1 billion fund for Arab East Jerusalem, which Palestinians want as their capital (they have no state and deserve none, and cant afford one.)
Arabs object to Jews building their homes on Israeli land.  Arab Muslim nations object to Israel existing.
The fate of Jerusalem has proved one of the thorniest sticking points in past Middle East peace negotiations.
The Palestinian Authority is in deep financial crisis.  Obama promised them $500 million - TO TERRORISTS!

Whitehouse map erases Jerusalem ISRAEL!

On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy (burdensome) stone (weight) for all the peoples.
All that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces (will injure themselves severely, will be crushed)
when all the nations of the earth gather against her.

Evil or Very Mad    Palestinian-Jordan Bad Agreement
April 1, 2013
Palestinian terror chief Mahmoud Abbas and Jordan King Abdullah agreed that
Abdullah will oversee the Waqf (Muslim religious authority) in Jerusalem and represent the interests of the Holy Sites.
It opened the door to internationalize Jerusalem.  BAD!
This will raise strong Israeli objections.
Israel and Jordan have cooperated quietly on this for many years.
The agreement apparantly confirmed Palestinian sovereignty over all of Palestine, including East Jerusalem as its capital.  HYPER BAD!
Wait and see.  This Satanic Jesuit new pope may usurp some place here.

Israel launches air strikes on Gaza; first since truce
Apr 3, 2013  (Reuters) - Israel launched air strikes on the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, the first such attacks since an eight-day war in November, Hamas, the Palestinian Islamist movement that controls the territory, and Israel's military said.
"Occupation planes bombarded an open area in northern Gaza, there were no wounded," a statement from the Hamas Interior Ministry said.

The strikes threatened to end an Egyptian-mediated ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, a truce that has kept the frontier relatively quiet since November, when some 170 Palestinians and six Israelis were killed in a brief cross-border war.
A statement from Israel's military said Israeli aircraft targeted "two extensive terror sites in the Northern Gaza Strip," in response to rockets fired from the Palestinian enclave at Israel.

Earlier on Tuesday, the military said Palestinians launched three rockets at Israel. Two landed in Gaza and one hit an open area in southern Israel, causing no damage or injuries.
An al Qaeda-linked group, called Magles Shoura al-Mujahedeen, claimed responsibility for the rocket salvo.
Israel launched its November 2012 offensive with the declared aim of ending Palestinian rocket fire into its territory.
Tuesday was the third time since the November truce that rockets from Gaza have hit Israel. There have been no casualties in the attacks.

The January 2011 uprising toppled former president Hosni Mubarak, who had outlawed MB as a terror organization.

Morsi Rejects Army Ultimatum
July 2, 2013
What did you expect?  Dicktators DICTATE, they do NOT bargain.
Morsi is a Sunni Muslim terrorist and so is Obama.  The USA has no business helping Egypt with Morsi in power!

Morsi stated that he had not cleared the army declaration.
Tamarod said that the statement by the armed forces meant that the military had sided with the people.
The Morsi rejection of the army ultimatum raised the stakes in the crisis.

Egyptians take to streets to protest what they did
Excerpts and edited from Rush Limbaugh July 1 radio rant.
Whats going on over in Egypt is just stunning.  17 million people are protesting what they did!
They installed the Muslim Brotherhood in the Arab Spring.
The same people who went to the streets to demand change are now in the streets demanding to get rid of what they demand in the first place.
The Arab spring began in Egypt, and before its done, we are gonna learn that the CIA started the whole thing.

Goal of Arab Spring to Wipe Out Christians
Dec 19, 2013
Dr. Ashraf Ramelah, Egyptian Christian Voice of the Copts, said the new constitution being discussed in Egypt is further evidence that the Arab Spring just a front for the Islamic agenda.
Ramelah said Christians in the Middle East are far worse off today than prior to the Arab Spring.
The new Egyptian constitution has special clauses pertaining to Christians.
Copts (native Egyptian Christians) are citizens of Egypt. They do not need to have special rights. In a democratic country all citizens are equal under the law.

Arab Spring is a deceptive label created by Western leftists (DEMONcrats/Obama) as a misnomer for the Islamic revival in Arab countries.  Arab Spring was a massive project instigated by the Muslim Brotherhood terrorists.
And there has been no greater victim than the Christian community.

Farrakhan Begs for Big UFO Reveal: ‘President Barack Obama … Open Up Area 51′

During the final installment of his year-long sermon series “Time and What Must Be Done,” The Minister Louis Farrakhan called on President Barack Obama to “open up Area 51,” a government location known for sparking conspiracy theories surrounding aliens and UFO landings.

“President Barack Obama, call the scientists. Open up Area 51 to the scientists to the world, because you America are the leader that Allah God has raised and made you powerful that he might make himself known through you,” Farrakhan said. “And if America calls the scientists of the earth to such place, they will respond.”

The Nation of Islam leader said that calling “the scientists” to the location would “show them the sign of the presence of God to right the wrongs of the earth and heal it.”

Farrakhan maintained that Obama would place the “shadow government” — a coalition that is purportedly “controlled by the global elite” and has seemingly veiled Area 51 and UFOs in secrecy — in danger of being exposed if he complies.

The faith leader believes that this secretive government force has hidden the presence of UFOs from American presidents and the public alike for decades. This includes The Mother Wheel, a massive spaceship that he believes remains in orbit and will eventually rescue Nation of Islam adherents from earth.

“The scientists all over the earth will know, especially through the clarity of our voice and what they see that God is present and that we whom they have destroyed would not have this knowledge if it did not come from the highest of sources,” Farrakhan continued. “We believe our words that we have shared on the presence of the Wheel could help the president and America to avert Allah’s warning of chastisement and destruction if America does not bow down.”

Farrakhan said that this “shadow government,” which his outlet, Final Call, recently described in detail, could lead to the destruction of America if the truth is contained. So by opening up Area 51, he seemingly believes that this chaos can be averted.

Watch him explain these concepts below:

As TheBlaze has reported, Farrakhan spoke about this spaceship theology during a 2011 speech:

“The final thing is the destruction. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad told us of a giant Mother Plane that is made like the universe, spheres within spheres. White people call them unidentified flying objects (UFOs). Ezekiel, in the Old Testament, saw a wheel that looked like a cloud by day, but a pillar of fire by night. The Hon. Elijah Muhammad said that that wheel was built on the island of Nippon, which is now called Japan, by some of the original scientists. It took 15 billion dollars in gold at that time to build it. It is made of the toughest steel. America does not yet know the composition of the steel used to make an instrument like it. It is a circular plane, and the Bible says that it never makes turns. Because of its circular nature it can stop and travel in all directions at speeds of thousands of miles per hour. He said there are 1,500 small wheels in this Mother Wheel, which is a half mile by-a-half-mile. This Mother Wheel is like a small human built planet. Each one of these small planes carry three bombs.”

It’s unclear how Area 51 relates to the Mother Wheel theory, aside from the notion that both themes involve UFOs and extraterrestrial theories.

In other recent theological proclamations, Farrakhan indicated that the U.S. government has known about the Mother Wheel since the 1940s, but has gone to great lengths to keep the information a secret.

Earlier this month, Farrakhan also issued a fiery message to Pope Francis, challenging the pontiff and “all lovers of Jesus” to “a showdown.”

For more about the history of Nation of Islam and its central beliefs, read a story from TheBlaze’s “Uncommon Faiths” series.

Arab League to Discuss Creation of 'Unified Arab Force'

Annual summit to consider implementing Egyptian initiative for joint force to confront stability threats such as 'the rise of terrorism.'

The Arab League will consider setting up a defense unit to battle the spread of the Islamic State (ISIS) group at its annual summit later this month, an official said Tuesday.

Deputy chief Ahmed Ben Helli told reporters that the March 28-29 meeting in Egypt's Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh will discuss an Egyptian initiative to create a "unified Arab force," reports AFP.

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has called for such a unit to confront security threats in the region where ISIS holds swathes of Syria and Iraq and has gained a foothold in Egypt's neighbor Libya.

Last month Sisi ordered air strikes in Libya after ISIS jihadists there beheaded 21 mostly Egyptian Christians.

Ben Helli said a united Arab force was needed, even as a "symbolic" show of deterrence at times of "conflict or disasters."

"Such forces should be ready and present so that they could symbolically show that the Arab countries have a deterrent force and a peacekeeping force that could step in at times of conflicts," he said.

Ben Helli added that such a unit would be tasked with "confronting threats that undermine the stability of the countries of the region, particularly the rise of terrorism."

In an interview Saturday with the Dubai-based Al-Arabiya news channel, Sisi said that a joint Arab force could get support from Arab League members Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.

He said he discussed the creation of such a unified force with Jordan's King Abdullah II who welcomed the idea and said Arabs should press ahead to set up such a unit.

About half way thru the video I call ISIS Perry says this -

The Islamic hadith states -  When you see the black flags (banners), the Mahdi will be among them.  Syria and Iraq will submit to them.  They will conquor Jerusalem
They will have long beards and will come from the east and their names will be their home towns. end hadith

In BOTH Sunni and Shia Islam their messiah is called Mahdi or the 12th Imam who will come out of IRAQ.
I always said the Arab spring was the start of the War for Jerusalem.

Perry Stone mentioned two scriptures, Daniel 11:38  god of forces (war) and Jeremiah 50
June 8 in my ZionsCRY news I wrote about the god of forces! - just hours BEFORE Perry Stone spoke of this on tv!  God's confirmation!
Many claim Jeremiah 50 refers to USA.  I dont know.

We are on the brink of the Beast
Try to tolerate this guy, I find his voice obnoxious but listened anyway

This is the thread where I put my research HOURS BEFORE I heard it on TV.  It wasnt easy to find the TV broadcast, but I did - - Apocalypse, ISIS

Apocalypse, ISIS, Temple
Perry Stone, Manna Fest, June 9, 2015
Black banners rising, DVD Perry Stone
The antiChrist arises out of Syria-Iraq, Babylon
ISIS will have a set back, Persia/IRAN will step in
Perry said this may be old news when we hear it, he made the video in 2014, and yes, its old news.  Persia step into the fighting with ISIS in IRAQ.  Laying the Foundation for the Antichrist in Iraq. An army of black banners to swallow 3 nations, Lebanon, Syria and Iraq, and merge into an Islamic Caliphate - the kingdom of the beast.

ARAB SPRING * The Battle for Jerusalem
In July, 2013  Coup in Egypt, General el Sisi dumped Morsi
I believe this delayed the war for Jerusalem

I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Revelation 20:4

ISIS / ISIL WAR on the MidEast

Mahdi, Islam, ISIS, Latter Days
It is stunning how relevant the vision is TODAY!

Brexit and Arab world
June 27, 2016
 -  Arabs may end their boycott of Syrian President Bashar Assad. Arab governments have begun shying away from their reliance on the US or Europe to lead the war on ISIS after Britain’s decision to leave the EU.  They see the US coalition as weakened and fear that Britain will remove its forces.

Arabs are satisfied with weakening NATO and Brussels. Tehran, Riyadh, Amman, and Damascus political consensus somewhat reversing the Arab Spring uprisings in December 2010.  The pleasure they are taking in Europe’s undoing is surprising.  Iran general said, “The only way now for the European Union to survive is to state openly its independence from the White House.” hahahahaha!

Laughing   In other words - even Arabs reject Obama too!
